Nous avons passé un excellent weekend de trois jours en famille avec notre chien dans ce magnifique hôtel où le personnel est à l'écoute de la clientèle, soucieux du bien-être de leurs clients.Notre chambre familial était rénovée et très propre 👍 les lits avec une literie très confortable . Le soir même nous avons profité du spa mais que quelques heures car malheureusement vite complet. Le buffet petit-déjeuner parfait les produits sont frais. Bon rapport qualité prix. Un grand merci

Pour la nuit du 11 au 12 décembre et notre séjour c’est très bien passé. Le soir très agréable dans le petit salon avec une boisson prise au bar et le petit déjeuner très bien.

C est un peu difficile pour se garer et je regrette qu il n y est pas de spécialité alsacienne au petit-déjeuner

My favorite hotel in France in the last two visits. In Ribeauville for hiking and a visit to Trimbach, the hotel was beautiful, clean, and perfectly located. The staff was extremely helpful, particularly the owner Antoine. A great value. If you're coming to this area, don't miss it!

Personnel très professionnel et agréable. Malheureusement la propreté de la chance laisse à désirer avec beaucoup de poussière. Séjour en couple, 2 petit lits ont été collés et le mot fait avec 2 petites couettes.. Déception

L'hôtel de la tour est super bien placé en hyper centre de Ribeauvillé place de l'hôtel de ville. avec un parking sécurisé a l'arrière moyennant 10€/jour- Le personnel à l'accueil est fort sympathique, bienveillant , disponible, arrangeant et de bons conseils, notre chambre était spacieuse, joliment décorée, la salle de bains suffisamment grande , rien a redire. la dame de service a l'étage était également agréable et le ménage impeccable. Le plus de cet hôtel le spa ouvert jusqu'à 20h Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, Un petit bémol toutefois : le petit déjeuné en salle 11€ , le café se rapproche plus "du jus de chaussette" que de l'expresso. Il n'y a pas de salé chaud : Œuf/ bacon - c'est pourquoi nous avons dû prendre le petit déj a l'extérieur - dommage

L’hôtel est parfait et agréable. Il est bien situé et proche de tout surtout de Colmar et de strasbourg La seule chose à améliorer c’est au niveau du petit déjeuner faudrait plus de diversité manque de choix Sinon dans l’ensemble tout cela semble très correct pour passer un agréable séjour
