Excellent gite! In the heart of Ribeauville. The room is very comfortable and very comfortable, the room is very spacious and the room is very comfortable and the bathroom is very comfortable. Very practical, codes to enter the catering and the room. In the morning we are wake up by the good smells of bread and vinegar. We spent a super stay !!! Breakfast was super and we can eat at lunch in the cooking shop that makes a living they. The patron is really at the small care for us. We wanted to book for Christmas markets but everything was complete at our dates. In short, go closed your eyes, you will not be disappointed at all !!!

The hotel is pleasant, rather well located just out of Ribeauville. Just a few steps from the center of this beautiful village. The rooms are pleasant, in very good condition and the place is quiet. A mini bar is located in the room, which is rare. The hotel has a small bar and a quite pleasant terrace. The staff are available and efficient. The breakfast buffet is quite right. The restaurant is good. Only a small bemol, the height of the bathrooms that can make access to the shower difficult for people with mobility problems.

From the moment my wife and I checked in with Carla to the time we checked out with Alexandre, everything about this resort and spa was absolutely wonderful. The set menu on Christmas Eve was fantastic even though foie gras is outside my comfort zone. Christmas day dinner was simply perfect. We had an Italian waiter the first night with the exceptional assistance from Harold both nights. The breakfast service was superb! It is also great to start the morning off with champagne. The pools, inside and out, were remarkable. Even the sports bar served great food. My wife said the fish and chips there were the best she had outside of England. We absolutely recommend this place to any lover of spas, great food, and courteous service.

Staff is very helpful, offering to carry baggage and do whatever they can to make your stay pleasant. Rooms seem to be furnished with everything you would need, including a fan for warm weather! (The majority of hotels just laugh at me when I ask if they have a fan for the room.) Bergheim is very quiet at night, so there is little-to-no disturbance from outside, even with the window open. Parking is close-by and free. Could there be improvements? Yes, of course. The bathroom in my room was very small and the shower-head was quite low. The courtyard seems to be used often for private functions, limiting guests' ability to sit there. But no place is ”perfect,” and I would happily stay again (and hope to) at La Cour du Bailli.
