Hôtel très bien placé, à l'entrée de la rue piétonne de Ribeauvillé, avec des parkings gratuits à proximité. Personnel accueillant, très jolie chambre bien équipée. L'espace SPA n'est pas très grand mais malgré tout très agréable si vous évitez les heures de pointes. Le petit-déjeuner est correct. Dans les points d'amélioration, il y a 2-3 choses à terminer dans l'hôtel, comme par exemple le parquet à la réception. La serrure de ma chambre était bricolée avec du scotch et il fallait s'y prendre à 2 fois pour pouvoir y insérer la clé et ouvrir. Et les chariots de linge sales qui stagnent dans les couloirs tout l'après-midi se sont pas du meilleur effet. Mais globalement, très bon hôtel, j'y retournerai sans hésiter !

Wir waren zu einem Kurzurlaub da, die Spa Räumlichkeiten besser vorher bereits reservieren, ansonsten ist das Hotel grossartig - sehr zu empfehlen - guter Service, nicht vergessen, das Hotel ist quasi das Erste rechterhand wenn man in die Altstadt einfährt, etwa gegenüber der Touristinformation - wir haben uns auf das Navi verlassen & wurden verlassen....

Très bon hôtel, bon rapport qualité prix, le SPA est très agréable, je recommande à 100% cet hôtel, vous ne serez pas déçu, les chambre sont très confortable et le personnel est au petit soin, le parking public est proche de l’hôtel est il est facile de s’y garer.

Au cœur de Ribeauvillé, cet hôtel est parfait pour un week end en amoureux : petit dej au top avec des produits frais et locaux, l’accueil est soigné, les chambres sont modernes et rénovées, idem pour le SPA dont les équipements sont très plaisants ! Je recommande 😊
