Très déçu à l’arrivée par l’accueil regardé de haut en bas et à peine salué. Des questions inutiles. Presque considéré comme un petit joueur sans intérêt parce que je ne suis pas connu du personnel. Je ne demande pas le tapis rouge mais un minimum de politesse et de courtoisie envers nous clients qui arrivons avec de bonnes intentions en disant bonjour. Ça jette un froid alors qu’on voulait juste passer un bon moment. C’est dommage parce que le ****** est bien.

Personnel de l’accueil super, serviable et attentionnés. Chambre propre, grande, confort, spacieuse, magnifique ! Les bémols : 1) nous étions arrivés tout juste avant la fin du petit déjeuner (toujours dans les temps tout de même), on ne nous a même pas proposé un café. Pour le prestige de l’hôtel c’est déplorable 2) nous avions réservé des massages en avance. Entre temps la carte avait changé et les prix aussi !! Passant de 76 à 105 euros par personne. On a voulu nous facturer le prix de la nouvelle carte et non le prix du moment de notre réservation. Nous avons du faire des pieds et des mains pour payer le juste prix. A aucun moyen nous n’avions été informé de cette augmentation. Surprise à la caisse ! De quoi vous mettre sur les nerfs après un week-end détente. Négocier pour payer ce qui était convenu initialement pour un resort si prestigieux ? C’est très très moyen. Heureusement, je possédais une capture d’écran avec les prix du jour où nous avions réservé. Sinon, on ne nous aurait pas cru. J’aime ce lieu mais ces expériences m’ont refroidie pour le prix payé….

This property is in close proximity to Ribeauville and Colmar. The outdoor pool is great. We love to stay here when we have the chance to be in Alsace.
