Popular Ribeirao Preto 4-star Hotels

Stayed during Agrishow 2022, the hotel was fully occupied but the services worked well. Nice, quiet, clean room. Availability of elevators was limited during ’rush hours’ in the morning and late afternoon which understandable, though.

The room is new and cozy, the avenue is quiet and it is possible to rest. Breakfast is very good with a variety of things. The staff are very respectful and educated about the care they are. I have had a great impression of the place and I indicate to whom they need to travel, whether to work/business or to leisure.

If I could give six starts, I would do so. The building is located on relatively calm location and has a beautiful wide hall at the entrance. I've been on different rooms and all of them were spacious, silent, and perfectly clean. But I would say the best asset of this hotel is the staff. I've been a guest during the worst stages of the pandemic when lots of business were closing (including other hotels) and number of guests went down, and still all the services were kept as more than impeccable. Any issue that came up was promptly solved, and in one event the manager even came to the hotel in the middle of the night to address it the best possible way to keep the guest satisfied. From room service to the managers, from the valet parking to the restaurant manager, everyone was fully commited for my well being. The restaurant is a wide space and has an all-you-can-eat buffet as breakfast with good variety of breads, cookies, cereals, fruits (and fruit-salad), cakes, pies, scrambled eggs, all very well cooked and well selected. The waiters and manager are always fully available to help us. During the worst stages of the pandemic, breakfast was served on each room door, sometimes by the restaurant manager himself. I'm very happy on my staying in this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone, be it a short or long stay.

CARRAPATO NA CAMA Péssima experiência de colaborador! Hospedei minha colaboradora ontem dia 17/01 neste hotel e a cama dela estava cheia de CARRAPATO!!!!!!!!! Sim, carrapato pela cama e travesseiro! Ao entrar em contato com a recepção a atendente não acreditou, achou que era mentira desdenhou e fez minha colaboradora descer porque teria que ir pessoalmente pedir a transferência de quarto ( detalhe eram 22h). A atendente só subiu no quarto pois minha colaboradora solicitou pois a atendente e o outro funcionário estavam com ar de deboche achando que era mentira. O quarto foi trocado sem nenhum pedido de desculpas ou ressarcimento pelo grande mal esta! NUNCA MAIS!!!

I stayed with my family in a apartment with 1 double bed and 2 single beds, very spacious, very good beds, good sleep quality, good equipment working well, good shower and everything clean, the swallow was medium, with well spent towels. I arrived on a final Thursday afternoon and there was only one official at the reception. A row of some 5 people formed to check in, and he still stopped sometimes to answer the phone and open the garage door. Garage even bad! The 1st SS has only 10 vacancies, swift swing. The 2nd SS is broader, but horrible. You must be ninja to park without breaking any car or shaking the pillars if it is full. The breakfast is also very weak, little varied, dry bread, few fruit options, I would even host again depending on the daily price, but it will not be my first option.

As dependências são ótimas! Os funcionários extremamente simpáticos e atenciosos. A alimentação é ótima! O café da manhã é um diferencial. O apartamento onde nos hospedamos possuem dois ambientes com mobília própria e muito bem cuidada. Um luxo! Voltaremos, com certeza e recomendamos. Tudo neste hotel é de muito bom gosto! A arquitetura é algo impressionante.

Excellent location. Comfortable and clean. Quick stay to visit a friend and family. Easy stay and to return as well. I liked the decoration of the restaurant and the lobby. Someway a little bit different from other Ibis.
