The service is good in general. However, we met the strike during our stay so that the cleaning was only done once upon request. To compensate the situation, free breakfast was offered to us.

酒店房型大多是一室一廳，但衞生間入口在客廳所以使用不太方便，作為機場附近的酒店有些雞肋，房間整體設施較舊，但配套設施環境不錯。
這邊訂房儘量不要訂到一樓，陽台連接背後的停車場，雖然在Richmond但位置靠近機場人流較雜也不太安全，6點居然有人敲我房間門，8點左右居然有人動過我的門閥，這方面入住體驗非常糟糕，當然不排除房間隔音很差的可能。
設施：不錯
衞生：不錯
環境：很漂亮
服務：前台服務中規中矩，保潔服務一般

來到這個酒店我們有每日早餐及酒店贈送每天一次的小食及紅酒，我進入酒店第一天晚上7點去大廳去吃飯，酒吧前台有一個香港人叫JOE 男士他會中文，因為我英文不好，用翻譯器來進行翻譯菜單，餐廳光線暗又加上翻譯器字小，所以我看不清，於是我問他這是什麼菜，他非常不客氣大聲説，你看不懂中國字嗎，我説我看的懂，那你看不了還問我？眼睛一直瞪着我，我説我眼睛有些花，他一直狂笑説這跟他沒有關係，於是在吧枱裏大聲笑，侮辱性極強，氣死我了，緊跟着説，剛你點的是麪條你們中國人吃不了意大意麪條，説了好久，我點了紅酒他就質問我你會喝紅酒嗎？還質疑我點菜品，我説是免費的，他立刻叫了別的服務員當著我的麪確認我吃的是否是免費，大聲確認完説你可以去吃再點就要付錢了，他説話時滿眼歧視中國人，跟裏一直再説Chinese Chinese.....,可回頭跟外國人説話一臉洋溢着笑容，於是我出去值班經理投訴，解決結果就是給我提升房間，我讓他道歉，他不道歉，説他們這裡是有人權的，於是我又給總經理寫一封投訴信，我要的不多，就是需要要一個道歉，這過份嗎？快二週了還沒有得到回信，我本來要住13天住到3天後我提前退房，因為受到種族歧視，又沒有受重視，我會繼續去他們總部進行投訴，（香港迴歸了，知道有些人香港人不能接受，真想不到五星級酒店遇到這樣的事情），不會在入住喜來登酒店，酒店餐廳服務如此種族歧視
另：前台工作及行李員從員服務沒有問題，房間裏空調聲音特別大，如果不開空調房間比較安靜，晚上不開空調被子較薄，差點感冒了，開了就太吵了，退房後我在抽屜裏遺忘了一個新的吹風機，酒店也未給我打電話説遺忘了，這次加拿大之行，這個酒店真的特別不開心，特別不開心，以後也不會來住了。
