Hotel is in central location for getting out and about. Staff helpful for any questions we had. Food in restaurant was lovely and had a good atmosphere for enjoying a weekend away with friends. Couldn't fault our stay.

Random visit on a day trip. Food was lovely, nice portions, well priced and range of options to suit tastes. Staff were lovely, friendly, great sense of humour and keen to help. Good value for money. Would visit again if in the town. Nice welcoming, comfortable feel.

We had a weekend break at the Kings Head. It's a dramatic looking building in the beautiful market square in Richmond. The room had great attention to detail with lots of lovely features (DAB radio, mini games, bottled water etc), eating/drinking areas were cosy and enjoyable to be in. The staff team were all extremely friendly and helpful. We felt genuinely welcomed- a particular shout out to Amy! Would highly recommend a stay here

We’ve stayed before for a weekend, but this time only for a midweek night. It really is a good hotel. Staff can’t do enough for you, the room we had was great overlooking the market square and evening meal/breakfast were great quality. For me it’s also great value for the price.
