Établissement à fuir. La literie est horrible, vous devez faire vous-même vos lits et les femmes de ménage ne passent pas si vous ne le demandez pas à la réception. Si vous demandez de refaire les lits chaque jour et de changer les serviettes, le personnel de nettoyage ne viendra qu’une fois sur deux (si vous avez de la chance). Surtout, ne dormez pas dans le canapé-lit : c’est un matelas tout fin, avec des espaces entre chaque partie du matelas. Vous aurez un tel mal de dos que vous ne pourrez pas y redormir le lendemain. Piscine non ouverte avant le mois de mai. Petit-déjeuner hors de prix. Et pour faire garer votre voiture la nuit, cela vous coûtera 32 dollars. Cet établissement ne vaut absolument pas un 4 étoiles, sauf le prix qui est bien là. Saleté des chambres repoussante.

Front the customer service to the cleanliness of the room this is the best hotel I have stayed at in a long time. The front desk was helpful, welcoming and friendly. The room is spacious and clean. We used valet parking which does have a price of $13 but it was easier than trying to find parking outside on the street.

I was disappointed in my stay. I stayed for business travel and was given a room that had extensive water damage to it on the ceiling and the outside of the room. It appeared that urine was on the toilet paper holder, can't verify that, but what else could it be. I was given a room that a pet had been in, I don't have a pet and assumed that there were designated rooms where people who had pets stayed. The customer service individuals on the phone were rude. I have pictures.

The room everything was good the bar was supposed to open at 4 on Wednesday was a disappointment. I always look forward to a drink and the hotels food but that wasn’t an option because I waited they hadn’t shown up yet (I left at 6:15) had to order food to the hotel. It got lost was cold and ruined my night.

My stay was great except for 2 things, I waited almost an hour for them to retrieve my car when I paid for valet. Second they had absolutely no hot water.
