"The service was very poor, there was no reception at the front desk, and no one answered a few hotel calls. After waiting for a long time, I finally saw the people at the hotel. I didn't care about it. I asked the front desk again why they weren't there. I answered and waited. Waiting until the day before yesterday, I finally came out to check in, and I didn't hear a word of apology for keeping the customer waiting, as if waiting for her. I have never seen a hotel with such a poor service."

"The room was only cleaned twice in 12 days of stay, and no one cleaned up the garbage for the other 10 days! The room heater is broken in winter weather at 0C! Only a few hours on some days is it usable, and 90% of the night time is broken! In addition, hot water was only available for 2 days, and you had to go to a room on another floor to take a hot shower, but that room was also used by other people you didn't know!"

"The front desk was rude with me when I came to check in early and tried charging me an additional $108 plus $25 when I had already booked the room… I don’t recommend anyone come to this hotel or book with them. The toilet was leaking when we first got in the room and the puddle kept getting bigger after wiping. In return of them purposely not helping my situation I left it untold so they can handle it for the next customers… I’ve never had any problems with any red roof inn EVER …"

"This is the third time that I have stayed at this particular Moxy and it is just disappointing that each time the coffee bar is not kept up. The first time there was not any regular coffee and when I asked about it I was told they ran out. The second time and this morning the regular coffee urn was empty and so were ALL of the cream, coconut milk, milk offerings. The first 2 times this happened I thought it was probably a fluke since this is a Marriot property but now I know that it this particular site."
