Best Western Premier Richmond City Gateway

Located conveniently near the highway and town.

The staff was fantastic and very accommodating.

For the price loved the room with a microwave and excellent coffee maker. Just came from a Marriott hotel a little bit more expensive and this was better. We had to leave early so did not use the breakfast service!

I’m not sure what made this property premiere beside plastic coffee cup in your room. I was staying one night and would have preferred to just grab my own breakfast from an included breakfast station. I don’t need a “curated menu” that you wait for someone to fix and pay a La carte

********ZERO SOUND PROOFING while rooms are very clean and nice, the doors do not have good seals on them. I had to get moved out of a connecting room because I could hear every single word, movement, ANYTHING in the connecting room. Once moved, I noticed was a centimeter gap in every door - even in my new room’s main door. This meant if anyone ever walked past I could easily hear it. I want to clarify - this isn’t the usual muffled noise you may hear in the next room, this sound is as if you are in a 2 room house with no door and someone is in the other room. Bed was comfortable, room was fairly clean and nice - one of my towels had some a red lipstick-like mark on it. Had to get moved rooms due to noise

After a few hiccups and changing several rooms, it was a nice quiet stay. Bathroom mirror light didn’t work, so it was a little dim. Loved the workout room.

This was an amazing stay. It was very comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Would recommend to family and coworkers anytime five stars on my list room was outstandingly clean.
