I was disappointed ☹️ n the quality of the quality of the hotel. Our room was dank and musty. There were stains on the furniture. There was virtually no sound proofing and the hvac was extremely loud especially when it turned on or off. Shower suddenly went cold but adjusted after a few tries. Folks working there were nice, but definitely overpriced for the poor condition of the facility.

We came to town for our son's surgery. The staff was very accommodating offering a later than normal checkout time which was GREATLY appreciated. As our son needed time to rest and let anesthesia wear off. It was a great stay and we were very impressed with the staff. Angel and Mario were the valets we dealt with and they made it a smooth process.

I was very satisfied from my experience with Ricky. I was in a rush and unfamiliar with how to handle the parking process so Ricky informed me on how it works and just made the whole process super easy. Very pleased with my experience.

Angel was outstanding with the valet service at Hilton. He went above and beyond to fit in my oversized vehicle and has such a wonderful attitude. A pleasure for sure. I stay here often and always enjoy the service, but Angel goes above and beyond. Only complaint is “open the damn coffee shop before 6:30 AM!!” What the heck. Business people need real coffee not made in the room and you send us across the street to your competitor. C’mon man! Thanks!

Very nice clean rooms. Very courteous and helpful staff. Angel the valet was very quick in getting my car and very helpful loading up my luggage after checking out.
