First impressions are so very important. As soon as you drive up, the vet, staff is amazing. Cliff was so very helpful and sweet! He can make anyone laugh! Such a bright light to all who is around him. Highly recommend this place as you will get a wonderful first impression and last.

Cliff and other valet personnel quickly got my car and the bistro staff was friendly and quick with drinks. Everyone at the hotel did a really great job as a home away from home. Rooms are clean and comfortable and great spot near restaurants.

My stay was great. The room was clean and bed was very comfortable and very friendly staff. The only problem I had was the parking $32/day for valet was a bit pricey. Next time I will park in one of the nearby lots. Valet staff was great, especially Cliff.

The Courtyard/Residence Inn was in a great location, plenty to do around the hotel. The room was spacious and clean. The staff are attentive and knowledgable. The valet service was wonderful, especially Cliff! Ask him to do some impersonations, you won’t be disappointed.

We had a great stay at the Courtyard. We took our daughter to visit/tour VCU. My husband and I were able to work remotely and the hotel was accommodating with space to work. The Valets were excellent! Thanks Curtis for your prompt and friendly service!!!

The valet named Curtis was fantastic.he was quick with take care of us. Very helpful n nice. Hotel was clean, breakfast was decent. Wish they had a pool but everything else was good. The lady at the front desk was good as well I wish I could remember her name.
