Every one was so friendly and helpful! Cliff who was the Valet was unbelievable and knowledgeable about Richmond! We will come back here again! The location is perfect for sightseeing and getting around. Make sure to go across the street and get a drink at Sine the Irish restaurant

For the insane price they charge they should offer breakfast!!! They do not offer anything other than a pay menu that is microwaved eggs!

Everyone was very attentive to our needs. This hotel is centrally located. Good restaurants like "The Hard Shell" are well within walking distance. The only downside was there was a private party in the courtyard on Friday night. We couldn't use it.

I have stayed in this hotel quite a few times over the last 10 years. Staff is always friendly and helpful. We love the location. The rooms are a bit outdated —could use some freaking up. They are clean which is what counts. TC and the guys at the valet were super nice and helpful. We will come back—

Customer service was exceptional! Rooms were very clean with all amenities we needed. Walking distance to good restaurants and Richmond sights. Plan to visit again! Everyone we came in contact with was stellar! Room Quiet even though on a busy cobble street.

Cliff was so kind and helpful! Great staff and great hotel. I highly recommend staying here with its awesome location. Lobby is spacious and modern. There are lots of places in walking distance of the hotel, including restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend!

Schönes modernes Hotel in der Innenstadt. Ringsum gibt es viele alte Gebäude und die Straßen haben Kopfsteinpflaster. Tolle Lage also. Wir haben gut geschlafen, die Zimmer sind riesig. Wir hatten 2 Kingbetten. Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig und man kann abends noch Kleinigkeiten zum trinken oder Snacks kaufen. Es gibt eine echt tolle Bar, an der man morgens köstlichen Kaffee (Starbucks) und Frühstück bekommt. Sehr nette coole Bedienung dort. Abends gibt es Drinks.

Hotel was very nice and very clean. Room was spacious and clean. Front desk was professional and got me into my room before check in time. Hotel is in walking distance to a nice selection of restaurants. Parking is the only issue. Valet is offered but had to park in a garage across the street and pay but at least it was close.
