Reception people very nice and friendly. We got coupons for two free beers in the restaurant. Food was great. Room very comfortable, nice hot shower. We will return whenever in the area.

The employees there are super nice and know what they’re doing. The check in and check out process was easy and fast. The room was clean and well-stocked with what we needed. We love this hotel and it’s location!

From the start this was a great stay. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The property was clean and well maintained. It was quiet abs relaxing. The bed was actually comfortable not hard like other places.

I recently stayed in room 533 of the four points Sheriton Richmond. The hotel room was fine, but the bathroom was dated. They had wallpaper throughout the bathroom that was bubbled up in places. The toilet paper holder was also falling away from the wall, and the shower rod was broken. They obviously knew the shower door was an issue because they had a sign on it, saying to close the door gently. My main complaint was the bedding. The comforter was filthy, and we did not use it either night of our stay when I talk to the hotel about it they said that the comforters just looked dirty but they’re actually clean. I posted a picture of the comforter below.
