If I could give a rating of zero I would. I made the hotel reservation and paid for the room a month in advance on *******, and when we got to the hotel, they could not find our reservation. Luckily the hotel was not sold out, so they gave us a room, but the room has two double beds, and I am there with my wife. Does that make any sense? What ***** would give a room with two double beds to a married couple? And signs all over the parking lot around the hotel say you have to pay for parking online, which I did, and the hotel tells me later that parking is free for hotel guests. Do you think that maybe they should tell guests beforehand that parking is free? I contacted ******* while I was in the lobby, and asked the ******* rep to call the hotel, which they did. So I am standing there in the lobby, listening to the phone ring and ring, and I tell the front desk ***** to answer the phone, and they tell me that they can’t, and are too busy, and they don’t answer the phone. They his is the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The employees at this hotel have absolutely no idea what they are doing. I am afraid to even give them my credit card.
