Stayed 2 nights here and nothing but good things to say. Kenny J and Jonathan W were incredibly helpful for out group. The room was spotlessly clean including behind and around the bed. The hotel breakfast was above average and well stocked. Would absolutely stay here again!

I stay here once to twice a year. This year, they started charging for parking.... no problem. WHY can't they add it to your bill?
Because that's what you want to do after 15 hours of travel is go BACK to your rental car to get the license plate at check in... NOPE!
Common Hyatt?!? Get your stuff together.

If I could give a rating of zero I would. I made the hotel reservation and paid for the room a month in advance on *******, and when we got to the hotel, they could not find our reservation. Luckily the hotel was not sold out, so they gave us a room, but the room has two double beds, and I am there with my wife. Does that make any sense? What ***** would give a room with two double beds to a married couple? And signs all over the parking lot around the hotel say you have to pay for parking online, which I did, and the hotel tells me later that parking is free for hotel guests. Do you think that maybe they should tell guests beforehand that parking is free? I contacted ******* while I was in the lobby, and asked the ******* rep to call the hotel, which they did. So I am standing there in the lobby, listening to the phone ring and ring, and I tell the front desk ***** to answer the phone, and they tell me that they can’t, and are too busy, and they don’t answer the phone. They his is the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The employees at this hotel have absolutely no idea what they are doing. I am afraid to even give them my credit card.

After we booked we got an email notifying us we had to pay to park. This is not a highly populated area and plenty of parking. There is no reason to charge. It’s not monitored by security. Past that the hotel is dated in many ways. When we opened the hotel room door it had a stale pet urine smell. It doesn’t live up to the Hyatt Brand.

I stayed at the Hyatt Place Richmond/Arboretum during a business trip for work. The staff were excellent and helpful and the cleanliness of the room and hotel more than exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again whether business or pleasure!

Decent hotel. Outdated decor and basic necessities available. Had multiple issues with the TV but overall stay was fine.

Great stay. Nice amenities, good customer service and accommodations and I felt safe with me and my family. Especially appreciate the allowance to check in early. We came in directly from traveling off the road and arrived earlier than expected. Being able to check in to relax after a long trip was very nice. Highly Recommended.

Overall great deal for the price, especially the great breakfast. There were just a few odd things like worn down chairs in the lobby, TVs in an odd/inconvenient place in the room, terrible pull out sofa (I couldn’t sleep)
Normal beds were awesome and pillows were great.
