The people across the hall from us were extremely rude...slammed doors all night and the woman talked extremely loud, as if trying to make a lot of noise.

WORST bed and pillows. As someone who travels for business and whose partner is a pilot and has stayed in countless hotels we both agreed this was the hands down the worst mattress and pillows we have ever felt. We had multiple family staying and we all had horrible sleep. I think the mattress and pillows were older than me. Awful. And when we asked for other pillows it took nearly 5 hours for them to be delivered. Terrible. Expected so much more from the Omni.

We traveled from California for my son's wedding. He reserved a block of rooms at Omni. It worked out well. There were walkable restaurants to meet family and even have a large rehearsal dinner. He arranged shuttles to the wedding venue and everything went smoothly. My room on the 10th floor had a wonderful view. Having never seen Richmond we enjoyed looking over the city each morning. I did think the parking was expensive. Valet was less than self park unless your taking your car out several times. We had shuttles so We used valet parking. I'd rather self park and save if possible.

I stayed at the Omni Richmond from 2 nights for a conference. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The gentleman who valeted my car was prompt and courteous. The young lady checking me it was warm and welcoming. My room was very comfortable, spacious and quiet! I would highly recommend.
