Iconic Rimini hotel. We loved the historic exterior and public areas, especially the Fellini lounge. The gardens are beautiful and the pool area was relaxing, if rather small given the size of the hotel. Breakfast was excellent. On the negative side, the bedroom had a period charm but the furniture was old and not in an antique way. There was also a lot of ambient noise from the fridge which we disconnected at night and the AC, which we never managed to shut down. The bathroom in particular could do with a serious refurb. The spa looked good but we weren't going to pay Eur 80 per person just to use the sauna and sit by the indoor pool. There is a private beach but charging up to Eur 95 for loungers is a steep extra - that said, the room rate was reasonable. Service was polite but not exceptional. On the whole, we enjoyed the hotel but it is teetering on the edge of looking tired, some major investment will be necessary sooner rather than later.

The staff make this place; efficient, professional, friendly, ever helpful, and always happy. Every single one smiled and wanted to help. Whoever trains them should be proud. The hotel is well thought out, has the most wonderful restaurant particularly for a gourmet dinner; and breakfast is an event too. Downside for us, and in no way a criticism of the hotel, the close by sports bar disco is unbearable for noise. And for some reason yapping dogs are paraded along the promenade; but that reflects more on the owners. One thing we would change was the oversized bath in the superb room. It wasn't practical and the space would be better suited to a couple of arm chairs and coffee table. Great location for accessing many interesting places and that wonderful staff will give you all the advice you need.

It was a very unpleasant experience I'm actually used to booking air tickets and hotels with Trip these years But this time, the system froze 26925 Trip Coins without warning I don't care about this number, but no one can tell me why I was frozen I have been frozen for more than 2,000 points and I have responded to customer service The query is a ticket problem A reply may be a hotel problem I didn't tell you until after the freeze was 26,925 Sorry I can't figure out how to solve the problem I can't find the real reason for the freeze. I need to open a new account and start again. Or continue to freeze with the original account, Maybe someday the freeze will be lifted!! I don’t know what the answer is?! I don't know if I'm the only victim. But in the case of no complaint, I can only send an article to vent my mood.

We were coming form on long working trip and had been travelling for 7 weeks and Rimini was our last destinations in this working. We feel that we were very fortunate to book this hotel, the owner and her staff members did their best to make us to feel welcome and we were well treated. Their hospitality was superb and should be mentions and noticed. The location of the hotel is great, and we appreciate the view and not least how well the rooms were sound isolated due to work and rest. The breakfast buffet was beautiful with plenty of healthy choice at the same time very Italian with a lot of sweet temptations to be membered. The front desk manager Darya was caring and understanding and so were all the staff we meet. The hotel is beautifully interesting as a Naturale ”Retro” in a positive way - for you to come and explore in the future. Thanks for taking care of us and see you soon again,

The hotel is very comfortable with a friendly staff, the only thing that will not make us back is that for a small dog they asked for a supplement of EUR 40 for 2 days, more than a daily fee per person. They justify it as cleaning. I wonder what is different between cleaning a room occupied by people with more addition of dogs? Without dogs is cleaning less scrupulous? Do they pass the dust without paying attention? If I travel and occupy a dogless room, I will not find my room perfectly clean and hygienic? How much hotels speculate on this supplement? You could offer the pet a dressing and throwing stick or a cover like they do in hotels that really take care of our 4-foot travelers. I am very sorry. I believe that it is my responsibility not to be informed precisely, but I will certainly no longer stay in this hotel and in any other structure that works unscrupulously on pets. Sorry because the hotel is well-presented and the staff is friendly and professional.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Staff are charming and very friendly. We checked in on my birthday and on going back to our room the first night I was delighted to find a bottle of Prosecco, some cakes and a card from the staff as they had noticed the date on my passport. Lovely pool area. Pre dinner drinks were very well accompanied by complementary nibbles, which is a lovely touch. Breakfast great with nice coffee, freshly squeezed orange juice, lots of good choice and friendly wait staff. Would highly recommend this hotel and will certainly return the next time I visit Rimini.

Very beautiful place. Nice hotel corresponding to 4* quality. The reception worked 24/7 and always very helpful and friendly staff. The rooms are comfy with a view of the sea, very clean. Every day new towels. Nice outdoor seating. Sandy beach at a distance of 3 minutes from the hotel. The only minus is the fee of 20 euros for a sunbed+parasol for 2 person/per day. Otherwise, the sea and the beach are clean. We enjoyed it very much.
