"Unforgettable stay in Rimini! Everything was simply wonderful! The breakfast was outstanding, and the staff was amazingly friendly, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. As a lovely surprise, they gave us a complimentary room upgrade to a room with a balcony. Honestly, the balcony was even bigger than the room itself, with a fantastic view! A huge plus was the 24/7 access to drinking water you could go out into the hallway and refill your bottle at any time, which was super convenient. The location is great: the beach is within walking distance, and there are plenty of delicious restaurants nearby (both fine dining and budget-friendly). Transport is very easy too-you can comfortably reach the main train station by bus. The reception kindly called a taxi for us when we visited the local shopping mall. We also took a day trip to the historic center of San Marino; the shuttle bus stop was easily accessible by local bus. Highly recommended, we would love to return!"

"Convenient paid parking is available in front of the hotel, and free parking is available inside for bicycles and motorcycles. The room has been completely renovated, as has the bathroom, which is tiny but has a window and a nice, comfortable shower. The beach is just steps away, as is a lovely pool with loungers, free of charge. The breakfast is exceptional, plentiful, sweet and savory, with fresh seasonal fruit (watermelon galore) and gluten-free packaged products. The owner is friendly and helpful, and all the staff are kind and very professional. The housekeepers are excellent, meticulous and attentive. The side balcony doesn't offer a great view, but that's how the entire Riviera Romagnola was built; this is a flaw of almost all the tourist facilities in the area."

"Lovely hotel, great staff who were really helpful and a spacious room with a separate lounge area. The location is brilliant, many of Rimini’s most popular restaurants are right outside the hotel. Very short walk to the beach/promenade and about a 20-25 min walk to the old town. We made use of the bikes to see more of Rimini’s sights - great that these were freely available. We had breakfast at the hotel, this was continental & plenty to choose from. The only downside was that the pool was not available to use. Work is being done on the pool and therefore it was not useable. Had we have known we would have booked a different hotel. This was not mentioned to us before arrival or even on check in. Instead we used the beach and booked a sun-bed each day, at approx €20 a day. I would suggest that a nice gesture would be a voucher / money off for sun-beds at the beach be given to guests whilst the pool is out of action."

The only thing I can't get used to is that the cotton content in the bed is too low, and it is hard and uncomfortable to sleep on."

"At the Hotel President in Rimini, we were greeted courteously from the moment we arrived. The room was comfortable and well-soundproofed, but the lack of electrical outlets was a problem, as was the rather dated bathroom. The rooftop pool is attractive, but the terrace bar was unstaffed when we tried to order an evening aperitif. The breakfast offered was simple, and some items weren't up to par with a 4-star hotel."

"We arrived early and were warming greeted by a charming local. He kindly stored our bag and gave us advice on beach locations- beach 26 was ideal- when we checked in the lady was less warm and and questioned our lack of luggage- it was a one night trip from Bologna- that said the room was a good size, very clean and met all our needs. Location is great for the beach- if you like beaches, old town much nicer- overall a nice hotel and very reasonably priced and would recommend."

The train station is about a 15-minute walk away, and there are several restaurants nearby. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of breads. The only downside was the high steps at the entrance, making it difficult to get up and down with heavy luggage."

"Booked the room with private jaquzzi, the main door to the room is for the jaquzzi that doesn't lock so kept finding people in the jaquzzi when it should be private asked daily to get a key to lock the door or put a sign private but they didn't, first thing we saw was another guest washing her son's feet in the jaquzzi I asked to change the water and they did but didn't clean it well so it was full of sand anyway, even at 1am kept finding people coming in, also sink tap doesn't open, rain shower next to the jaquzzi doesn't work also, normal shower have to hold the shower head in hand and holder is broken, booked this hotel to relax ax a family but just slept and had breakfast only used jaquzzi once since it had sand daily in it, not worth it at all"
