"Very bad, we even left voluntarily two days early and lost money... the hotel is extremely old and offers nothing.. it is dead boring, especially for families with children! We wanted to rent bikes at around 7 p.m. but I was told it was only possible until 6 p.m., so you can only watch TV in your room😂 The breakfast is boring and poor quality, discount salami etc. (NO FRUIT), lunch and dinner were very small portions, only enough to fill children, and the quality is not that good either. If you have special requests for children, they get on your nerves even though you know children don't like everything. I don't even need to mention the rooms, there are bugs everywhere, the walls are so thin you can even hear the neighbors panting, we had trouble sleeping because they were a bit loud in the evening, and the shower is also old and small.. there are much better 4 star hotels nearby for a few of you. So no, we don't recommend it for families, no matter how the owner justifies it. 😅 Parking costs a whopping €10 a day, which you only find out about when you get there. It's pointless. There are plenty of free spaces around the hotel and along the street. I'm giving it 2 stars because at least I got a nice view of the sea, and that's about it!"

The staff was very welcoming and helpful; they recommended several restaurants and bars that we enjoyed very much. Furthermore, since they have a special agreement with a nearby beach, we were able to enjoy the full experience. Highly recommended."

"I had a really good stay at this hotel. The staff was super nice and helpful. My room was big and comfortable. Very clean as well. I liked the breakfast. There was coffee, juice, bread, toast, cakes, eggs, sausage, etc. The pool was not very big and only has a few chairs around it but it was always quiet while i was there. Great location, very close to the beach, bus stop and some nice restaurants and bars. 15/20 minutes walk to the city centre. Very good aperol spritz at great price. There’s a luggage room, which is very helpful. You can hear a bit of noise from the corridors and other rooms but that was more the other guests being disrespectful and not the hotel’s fault."

"I'm truly disappointed and have rarely felt so unwelcome in a hotel. Upon arrival, there wasn't a single friendly word, no explanation, nothing – just a feeling of "no one cares that you're here." The room was the next shock: blankets without covers, bare walls, no hint of warmth or coziness. It felt cold, empty, and somehow neglected – almost as if they'd forgotten that people were supposed to be sleeping there. It lacked everything that could make a stay pleasant. No personal touch, no atmosphere – just this oppressive feeling that I would have been better off not coming at all. A real shame, but one thing is certain for me: never again."

"From the guest Sergey Malyuchkov and Elena Panarina When entering the hotel, you immediately want to recognise the design, it's very amazing! Check-in was without any problems except for the deposit of 300 euros which was returned to us upon departure from the hotel. The room is just gorgeous, the prices in the mini-bar are adequate, real Italian espresso, herbal teas and so on are welcome! We had dinner on the day of arrival at the hotel restaurant, a very extensive selection of dishes. The dinner was very tasty at quite adequate prices! The choice of breakfasts is also amazing and pleasant in quality of cooking! A heated pool with a jacuzzi operating around the clock is a miracle. The staff is very friendly and pleasant towards guests! Good prices for sunbeds to the hotel beach, warm sea, everything is beautiful! On the last day we went to the spa, a beautiful view of the city from the balcony and a magnificent view of the beach and the sea from the bath. Thank you very much to the hotel for the warm welcome and for the prize in the form of a bottle of wine) Special thanks to the reception staff to Victor and Ekaterina! "
