I stayed for two nights at this property and I had a very good time. The location of the hotel is excellent, a stone's throw from the sea and close to all amenities (shops, restaurants, etc.). The room was very clean and quiet. Every day there were two free bottles of water in the minibar. The kettle and tea/coffee bags available in the room were very welcome. The staff were very friendly and had a smile on their faces. If I ever find myself in the area in the future, I will evaluate this property again.

October 2023 - 2 nights - solo trip:
Old 4-star hotel of which it retains the size of the rooms and some furnishings, the position, and a bed on which you sleep very well, but for the rest (renovations, linens, courtesy kit, breakfast, etc.) they are found above all 3 star products and finishes.
In the bathroom there was a very high window, inside the shower which I closed with difficulty because it was a bit cold, but the next morning I found a strong smell of sewage. So I opened the window, climbing onto a stool because there was no other way and before leaving I reported the matter to the reception, but no one bothered to find or propose a solution.
I'm sorry to leave this review: I could have tolerated the inconvenience, but I cannot tolerate indifference and carelessness towards the customer.

Возвращение с юга в Милан оказалось длинным, поэтому ночью мы решили остановиться в попутном городе Римини, отель был в списке цена-качество на первом месте и выбор остановился на нем, в целом расположение и сам отель понравился, а вот номера и завтраки не очень.

If you plan to come to Rimini, please come to this hotel if you want to feel welcomed, cared for and to be near to this beautiful sea. I have never experienced such a nice hospitality from a hotel. When you look at the staff you see they are happy and work like a big family. They greets you everytime with a huge and honest smile. Rime is just there for you anytime with any wish, and so friendly and happy to help. When i arrived very late on Sunday evening, the receptionist was so kind and did a very quick check-in, seeing how tired was, i even got a room upgrade with a balcony. The rooms are so unique, they still have the old style but they are super clean, spacious, and the view from the balcony.. don´t even have to describe. The housekeeping is super friendly and ready to assist. The Breakfast is soo much better then i expected (or what you usually get as an Italian breakfast), i had still warm croissant, cold cuts, warm dishes, you can ask them to make you fresh coffee (not the one from the machine) and they have milk alternatives as well. Roberto was super nice every morning and welcomed me with my favorite coffee and with a nice boun Giorno. And the cherry on top was, when i came downstairs to work a bit from the lobby, and Domenico, the manager saw me working (it was a bit loud there) and he first asked me if i want some coffee, and if i need anything and then he just offered to take me to a calm room where i can work on my own in quite. I was sooo grateful for him, and then he just brough me some snacks and water in order to feel myself more cared. Does this even happen nowadays? I cannot be more grateful. So thanks you very much, Grazie Mille Hotel Bellevue team, i loved it here, and you made my stay so special. I will return as much as i can. Thank you you much!

Had gereserveerd om op 5 juni voor een week naar hotel bellevue te gaan(booking gedaan in augustus 2023).Zij hebben meermaals geprobeerd om in mei mijn creditkaart te belasten nu in mei maar dat ging blijkbaar niet.Na een paar keer te proberen lukte het niet en begon ik aan mijn kaart te twijfefelen en ben dan naar mijn bank geweest waar men mij zei dat mijn credietkaart wel degelijk werkt(heb ze elders geprobeerd en ze werkte prima.Ik heb contact gehad met een zeer behulpzame medewerker van Booking en deze heeft contact genomen met het hotel om een rechtstreekse betaling te doen.Terwijl de medewerker terug conctact met mij nam werd mijn boeking droogweg door het hotel gannuleerd.Ik had wel de mogelijk om opnieuw te reserveren voor bijna het DUBBELE van den prijs.De dag erna werd de boekingsvoorwaarden veranderd door het hotel en vragen ze waarborg van 250 euro,wat voor alle boekingen geldt.Ondertussen wel een ander hotel wat recent volledig vernieuwd is geboekt maar ben wel zeer teleurgesteld daar wij er echt naar uitkeken.Ik ga tijdens mijn verblijf in Rimini zeker eens langs om hen mijn ongenoegen nog eens te uiten.Gezien hun veranderde boekingsvoorwaarden is het voor mij duidelijk dat de fout wel degelijk bij het hotel lag.
