Hotel in posizione ottima, ma ha bisogno di una ristrutturazione generale, perché per me è un due stelle e non un tre.Camera da tre letti in realtà era segnata da due ,infatti non c' era possibilità di aprire portafinestra.Rapporto qualità prezzo nei limiti.

Economy room for 2 people €37 for one night. €37 is too much for a room like this, where the bathroom can be considered non-existent! Space between toilet and sink too small. There was a shower curtain in the middle of the bathroom that ended up in front of the sink, toilet and bidet.
Tiny room, there wasn't even space for a second bedside table! Air conditioning not working (only fan mode worked). The hairdryer was not present.
I've stayed overnight in other economy facilities in Rimini, but I've never had a room like this before.
But at least the sheets smelled clean

Arrived to hotel, "breakfast is not included - pay €8
By hotel description: room AC included. AC at the super small and super steamy room wasn't working. Asked at the reception, answer? "AC is not included, you have to pay extra €10". This is a 1 star review, for a 1 star hotel. Not 3stars.. Dishonest and sneaky. charge all extra, even though all states included online while browsing hotels, is misleading. Hotel itself is very old, run down. Would not saty again even if it was free.
