The Cristallo hotel is very well located in the center of Rimini a few steps from the beach. However, this hotel is aging and in my opinion does not deserve its 4th star. The hotel does not have a swimming pool, the rooms are aging with the toilet door which was broken in mine. The showers are quite tight which is not pleasant. Concerning the air conditioning, it was leaking in one of the two rooms we had reserved.
Furthermore, in one of the two rooms we had reserved, the bed had not been made as reserved (2 single beds), so we had to make it ourselves.
Despite these flaws, the hotel remains clean and the breakfast is decent thanks to the work of the hotel staff

I was on holiday here with my daughter, we had a great time. Clean room, maximum courtesy, abundant breakfast with desserts prepared by Nonna Magda, not far from the sea, close to the historic center. Advised.

We were on holiday here with our 2 month old baby, we had a great time, really like at home, very kind staff, welcoming place, clean, good food, maximum courtesy, super recommended!!! Excellent value for money!

Beautiful apar**ent stay with all the comforts, clean and comfortable.. perhaps the only inconvenient thing was the hotel parking.. we preferred to rent a scooter rather than take the car out.. all the staff were friendly and kind!! the meals were delicious except for some overly salty dishes that we left behind... everything else was perfect

Fantastic and centrally located hotel. Close to nice restaurants. Within walking distance of the beach, very friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic breakfast with lots of choice. Nice room with large balcony. Very clean. Will definitely come back here again.

4-star hotel with the kindness and warmth of a family-run hotel, which distinguishes all the staff. Excellent room comfort and cleanliness. The breakfast is sublime, with home-made desserts and fresh ingredients, capable of exceeding all expectations! This hotel is beautiful, and the staff are so welcoming and obliging. We cannot fault it at all. The hotel isn't too big so you really get the personal touch. We just had bed and breakfast so that we could enjoy the local dishes in Rimini. The breakfasts were lovely with lots to choose from, such as toast, cereals, bacon, eggs, pancakes, freshly cut fruit, yoghurts, alternative milks if needed, compotes, endless variety of crossaints and other cakes and pastries. A variety of juices, coffee's and teas etc. Jams and a massive jar of Nutella spread!! A superbly clean hotel with a hydro pool free to use. Facilities in the hotel rooms are excellent. I asked for a kettle in my room and they brought me one up straight away. There is a daily domestic service to clean the rooms, change the towels and bedding if required. The bathroom was lovely and felt new comprising a bidet, toilet, large sink and a powerful shower and hairdryer. The wifi in the hotel is free including your room, and so is the air conditioning. The hotel was within 3 minutes walk to the beach (literally just cross the road and you are there), lots of mini markets, fresh fruit, beach, jewellery and clothes shops, not to mention some excellent restaurants. Not many tourists as it seems a like a place where the locals have vacation. I generally do not visit somewhere I have been before, but I cannot wait to return to Hotel Cristallo. We had a wonderful holiday. Thank you Hotel Cristallo and Rimini.

Great location, spotlessly clean, very friendly and helpful staff, great choice for breakfast. Definitely recommend and Rimini is really lovely especially the beaches. A trip to the old town is a definite must.
