L'hôtel Cristallo est très bien situé au centre de Rimini à quelques pas de la plage. Cependant, cet hôtel est vieillissant et ne mérite à mon sens pas sa 4e étoile. L'hôtel ne dispose pas d'une piscine, les chambres sont vieillissantes avec la porte des toilettes qui était cassée dans la mienne. Les douches sont assez serrées ce qui n'est pas agréable. Concernant la climatisation, elle fuyait dans une des deux chambres que nous avions réservée.
De plus, dans une des deux chambres que nous avions réservée, le lit n'avait pas été effectué comme réservé (2 lits simples), nous avions du donc le faire nous-même.
Malgré ces défauts, l'hôtel reste propre et le petit-déjeuner est correct grâce au travail du personnel de l'hôtel

Sono stata in vacanza qui con mia figlia, ci siamo trovate benissimo. Camera pulita, cortesia massima, colazione abbondante con i dolci preparati da Nonna Magda, poca distanza dal mare, vicinanza al centro storico. Consigliato.

Siamo stati in vacanza qui con il nostro bimbo di 2 mesi, ci siamo trovati benissimo, davvero come a casa nostra, personale gentilissimo, posto accogliente, pulito, cibo buono, cortesia massima, super consigliato!!! Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo!

Bellissimo soggiorni appartamento con tutti i confort, pulito e comodo.. forse unica cosa scomoda il parcheggio dell hotel.. abbiamo preferito affittare uno scooter piuttosto che tirar fuori l’auto.. tutto lo staff cordiale e gentile!! i pasti buonissimi eccetto qualche piatto fin troppo salato che abbiamo lasciato.. per il resto tutto perfetto

Fantastisch en centraal gelegen hotel. Dicht bij leuke restaurants. Op loopafstand van het strand, Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel . Fantastisch ontbijt met heel veel keus. Mooie kamer met groot balkon. Erg schoon. Komen hier zeker nog een keer terug.

Hotel 4 stelle con la gentilezza e il calore di un hotel a conduzione famigliare, che contraddistingue tutto il personale. Comfort delle camere e pulizia eccellenti. Sublime la colazione, con dolci fatti i casa e ingredienti freschi, in grado di superare ogni aspettativa! Molto comoda la posizione per la vicinanza alla spiaggia e la facilità nel raggiungere il centro storico, con le bici messe a disposizione dall’hotel o con la Metro mare.

This hotel is beautiful, and the staff are so welcoming and obliging. We cannot fault it at all. The hotel isn't too big so you really get the personal touch. We just had bed and breakfast so that we could enjoy the local dishes in Rimini. The breakfasts were lovely with lots to choose from, such as toast, cereals, bacon, eggs, pancakes, freshly cut fruit, yoghurts, alternative milks if needed, compotes, endless variety of crossaints and other cakes and pastries. A variety of juices, coffee's and teas etc. Jams and a massive jar of Nutella spread!! A superbly clean hotel with a hydro pool free to use. Facilities in the hotel rooms are excellent. I asked for a kettle in my room and they brought me one up straight away. There is a daily domestic service to clean the rooms, change the towels and bedding if required. The bathroom was lovely and felt new comprising a bidet, toilet, large sink and a powerful shower and hairdryer. The wifi in the hotel is free including your room, and so is the air conditioning. The hotel was within 3 minutes walk to the beach (literally just cross the road and you are there), lots of mini markets, fresh fruit, beach, jewellery and clothes shops, not to mention some excellent restaurants. Not many tourists as it seems a like a place where the locals have vacation. I generally do not visit somewhere I have been before, but I cannot wait to return to Hotel Cristallo. We had a wonderful holiday. Thank you Hotel Cristallo and Rimini.

Great location, spotlessly clean, very friendly and helpful staff, great choice for breakfast. Definitely recommend and Rimini is really lovely especially the beaches. A trip to the old town is a definite must.
