It's easy to be at the top with absurd prices... A fantastic structure near the sea with very special rooms. Artistic define them and actually of great impact. Clean, functional structure and youthful staff really make it the way I like it. Large breakfast/restaurant area with a great variety of both sweet and savory options. Top coffee and cappuccino sometimes accompanied by an aphoristic gem. What to say? There was also a hydromassage...

The Hotel is located in an excellent position, not noisy, at the beginning of the new seafront in Marina centro and, close to the Metromare stop which quickly connects the neighboring hamlets. The themed frescoed rooms, very characteristic, hall in red and black colors, with works of art on display, particular and well furnished. My room, Art mini, welcoming of the right size, soundproofed and air conditioned, with a small balcony and bathroom with window, lacked a wardrobe, replaced by metal shelving, comfortable but unsightly and inappropriate for a 4 star hotel, where the furnishings should be elegant and business suit. Restaurant room with adjoining terrace available for meals, background music and soft lights. Refined and varied cuisine for dinner although more generous portions would have been appreciated, fixed buffet of about ten identical cold side dishes; little varied breakfast, 3 types of croissants, 2/3 of tarts, 2/3 of cheeses, bacon and omelette, different types of bread, 2/3 types of fruit, various packaged products: all served by kind waiters, but by behind a plexiglass, in a narrow position, really limiting in terms of choice and waiting times and, in any case, not up to the standard of a 4 star due to the lack of assor**ent of both pastry products and rustic products. Kind and hardworking staff, excellent cleanliness of all rooms. Some paid parking spaces available in the structure's underground garage, convenient, considering the lack of parking in the city. Beach service in front of the structure, with an agreement and for a fee, unfortunately only free in the 13th row out of 20 available rows. Really recommended if you don't have high expectations.

I stayed for two weeks with my ninety-year-old parents, we had a very good time. Excellent location and service, spacious and very clean rooms. The staff and owner were always courteous and helpful, attentive to every need. Excellent desserts served for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I especially thank Mr. Davide for the courtesy and professionalism demonstrated.

Excellent location near the beaches, the metro station as well as the various shops and ice cream parlors. The themed paintings for each level of stairs are beautiful. Breakfast offered by very friendly and helpful staff.

We stayed from 17 to 23 August, my daughter and I, with the all-inclusive formula, for the beach we paid a difference to go near the sea. The room, ours on the third floor, with an Olympic Games theme, was very nice and the right size for two people, the cleanliness of the room was excellent. The restaurant is jungle themed, very cute, with music playing in the background. The menu with 3 starters, 3 first courses, 3 second courses and 3 desserts with a choice of both meat and fish, can be found on the table in the evening with the choice for the following day. Our waitress Giusy is very kind and always attentive to your needs. A note of thanks to Kalid, who knows how to listen to all your doubts or needs and always helps you with great professionalism and kindness. I'm sorry I didn't say goodbye to him due to a mix-up on our part at the start. The breakfast was very varied, both sweet and savory. They were right to leave the plexiglass, so everything is behind and the very kind girls prepare your plate with everything you want. Juices, hot water, hot milk and detox drinks to take while everything else can be ordered from the waiters, who are also very kind. My daughter has celiac disease, they have always prepared everything for her and she has never had any problems. I advise.

Excellent location, above average food, compliments to the chefs. Normal rooms, some modernization wouldn't hurt, the strong point is the sea view. Well done Giulia, the cleaning lady, always available and smiling. The dining room staff is always ready and polite. The only flaw in the welcome, a little more information and a few smiles wouldn't hurt. Very original breakfast. I highly recommend it for quality/price.
