Beautiful hotel, modern, clean and well run.
Staff very kind, friendly and professional.
Great variety of choices in breakfast from sweet to savory.
Convenient location in the center of Rimini and all services.
Booked a triple, clean tidy and fresh room equipped with everything you need.
The only flaw the soap in the shower dispenser was too watered down. It was water with soap and not soap.

We stayed at this hotel with a Smartbox. Very kind staff who, surprisingly, reserved us a sea view room with balcony and.....a Jacuzzi! (we didn't know from the package, really appreciated!). The Spa is beautiful and also the offer of entry to it from 9pm to midnight. Rich and excellent breakfast.

We stayed in this hotel for 5 days, very well received, kind and knowledgeable staff, excellent restaurant, first and second starters and quality desserts cooked and served with skill. But the flaw was the room, clean with all the comforts and a nice bathroom, the room is very small with a bridge cabinet without bedside tables with two cavities created inside the columns of the cabinet, 30 cm from the bed to the wall to get into the bed you had to go across, the location is not right on the sea front there is a great pub that buzzes until around 3 in the morning

Staff, cuisine and location worthy of note. Ideal place for a relaxing stay. From welcome to departure, nothing to complain about. Room of adequate size, perfectly soundproofed, clean. Courtesy, kindness and helpfulness of the staff in charge of the floors. Not a given. The cuisine is excellent and offers 3 choices for each meal between meat/fish and vegetarian with exceptional service and presentation. The dining room staff stands out for its professionalism, friendliness and non-intrusive presence. The reception staff were courteous, collaborative and precise. Ready to support for every need. I'm sorry I don't remember everyone's name but my thanks go to all of you. Nobody excluded. Well done!!!
