Beautiful hotel, modern, clean and well run.
Staff very kind, friendly and professional.
Great variety of choices in breakfast from sweet to savory.
Convenient location in the center of Rimini and all services.
Booked a triple, clean tidy and fresh room equipped with everything you need.
The only flaw the soap in the shower dispenser was too watered down. It was water with soap and not soap.

Siamo stati in questa struttura qualche anno e siamo rimasti colpiti dalla impeccabilita`professionale nell' accoglienza ,nella gentilezza ,nei servizi,nella disponibilità,nella cucina e nella pulizia e in tutto ciò che serve per fare di una vacanza un meraviglioso, straordinario ricordo! Ultimamente ho contattato Matteo per alcuni ragguagli e devo dire che la sua gentilezza e' semplicemente ammirevole! Complimenti a voi..DIECI E LODE!

Con mia moglie ho soggiornato alcuni giorni in questo hotel riscontrando numerose pecche. Camera vista mare veramente piccola per un 4 stelle, biancheria letto scandalosa, per lenzuolo sopra un copripiumino in materiale sintetico, federe dello stesso tessuto da non dormire la notte. Biancheria gentilmente sostituita con lenzuolola e federe di cotone su ns. richiesta il giorno successivo dalla signora addetta alle stanze. Ascensore di una lentezza esasperante ovviamente sempre occupato. Spa piccolina con bagno turco non funzionante chissà da quando. Personale della reception gentilissimo, cucina ottima ma alcuni piatti di pesce avevano più verdure che pesce. Stranezze dell'hotel, sala ristorante con tavagliette di plastica non da 4 stelle e veranda collegata con tavoli apparecchiati elegantemente. Sgradevole il comportamento del maitre o forse proprietario.

Siamo stati alla spa ed è davvero una delle più belle e curate della zona (e ne giro tante) insieme a tutta la struttura stessa. Camere ariose, luminose, pulite e ben tenute. La spa appunto spaziosa, con tutti confort, nuovissima. Staff gentile, preparato, competente e disponibile. Consigliato!!!!
