Bellissimo hotel, moderno, pulito e ben gestito.
Staff gentilissimo, cordiale e professionale.
Grande variegata di scelta nella colazione dal dolce al salato.
Posizione comodissima al centro di Rimini e tutti i servizi.
Prenotata una tripla, camera pulita in ordine e fresca dotata di tutto il necessario.
Unica pecca il sapone del dispenser della doccia era troppo annacquato. Era acqua con sapone e non sapone.

Siamo stati alla spa ed è davvero una delle più belle e curate della zona (e ne giro tante) insieme a tutta la struttura stessa. Camere ariose, luminose, pulite e ben tenute. La spa appunto spaziosa, con tutti confort, nuovissima. Staff gentile, preparato, competente e disponibile. Consigliato!!!!

Ottima la scelta di Rimini per aver ricevuto in regalo una vacanza breve , sinceramente mi è piaciuto quasi tutto,dico quasi perché la posizione della stanza sul davanti primo piano ma in realtà piano terra appena rialzato era rumorosissima e poi anche la sfortuna di avere un vicino giovane che ha urlato sul balcone fino alle due di notte , orario in cui gli ho dapprima detto quello che pensavo di lui per poi ricorrere alla reception,che tempestivamente ha risolto il problema, comunque a parte la stanza ottima spa e ottima colazione

Eccellente la ristorazione. Il servizio spa offerto dall'hotel merita, soprattutto perché i bambini si divertono molto in piscina mentre gli adulti possono rilassarsi nella sauna e bagno turno. Ottima posizione

Siamo stati in questo albergo con uno Smartbox. Personale gentilissimo che, a sorpresa, ci ha riservato una stanza vista mare con balcone e.....una Jacuzzi! (nono sapevamo dal pacchetto, veramente gradito!). Bellissima la Spa e anche la proposta di ingresso ad essa dalle 21 alle 24. Colazione ricca e ottima.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per 5 giorni, accoglienza molto bene personale gentile e preparato, il ristorante ottimo antipasti primi e secondi e dessert di qualita' cucinati e serviti con maestria Ma la pecca e' stata la stanza, pulita con tutti i confort e un bel bagno, la camera piccolissima mobile a ponte senza comodini con due intercapedini ricavate allinterno delle colonne del mobile, dal letto al muro 30 cm per entrare nel letto dovevi passare di traverso, la locazione non e' propio sul mare davanti c'e' un grande pub che fa bailame fin verso le 3 di mattina
