Alisei Palace Hotel

I stayed for two nights in this hotel on the seafront in Rimini. Amazing location. Quiet environment. Bright, spacious, clean room. Rich and varied breakfast. Friendly and professional staff. Fair price. Worth returning and recommending.

For New Year's Eve, modern, clean and warm, very comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfast, both sweet and savory! Very kind staff and always available internal parking and very close to the sea metro and line 11!!! Top in everything! They also have a spa which we didn't use. Thank you

In the company of a friend we have the habit of spending a relaxing week in Rimini, this year we found a good offer for this hotel and tried it. I immediately had a great time, all the girls at reception (Eleonora, Ania and Elisa) are really kind, lately it's difficult even in Romagna to find a smile and a greeting... they are special and this in itself is top marks. The hotel is beautiful, recently renovated, clean, spacious and very quiet rooms, a nice bathroom, the beach a stone's throw away, the dining room with a beautiful window, the swimming pool and a nice car park (we didn't have a car) . The best, however, was the cuisine... We didn't meet Chef Ernesto, but with full board you can really eat everything and it's cooked very well, never heavy. The appetizer buffet is sold out, but although we always arrived last, there was something and in any case we ate more than enough. There is also a wide availability of vegetables, fruit and sweets. A round of applause to the dining room staff, elegant, precise, tidy, attentive (a little heart to the Peruvian-Romagna girl who is really cute). At breakfast there is everything with continuous refills. Excellent quality of brioches and cured meats too, something not for everyone. What did we miss? Having the beach included (however, there is an agreement with a discount and in any case in Rimini this is not a problem) and bicycles available. I would have added, but this is also a plus, a free bottle of water in the room, maybe every day... but it's really a plus. I had a really good time, I will recommend this hotel and who knows... maybe we'll see each other again soon!

From the welcome to the end of the stay we noted a magnificent welcome and trea**ent. Comfortable environment, elegant design, excellent attention to customer needs. Impeccable service and professionalism. Special thanks to chef Ernesto for his creativity, professionalism and excellent presentation of the dishes. We have recommended this place to other people and they have raved about it. I highly recommend this hotel and give top marks for service, professionalism and genuine ability to look after customers. Highly recommended.

Hotel in an excellent seafront location. Modern structure. Clean and well soundproofed rooms. The view from the sea-facing rooms is wonderful but also excellent from the side rooms. Parking inside the hotel and possibility of garage. Swimming pool in front of the hotel. Well-equipped beach in front of the hotel. Exquisite staff, from the cleaning ladies on the floors, to the waiters in the restaurant, to the reception: all kind, always smiling and very helpful…. A special thanks to Anja and Eleonora at the reception, who tried in every way to help us and solve any problem and provide any information.

Given that it is the third year that we have come to this hotel, some things need to be reviewed. Very professional and friendly reception staff. Very disappointing cuisine this year. Ridiculous midday buffet, raw pasta sent back. There is no bicycle service. Mattress to be changed, spring but damaged. Room on the street not soundproofed. I'm sorry because we had a good time.

I can start speaking highly of this hotel before I've even been there. I had booked for the June long weekend, but serious family problems forced me to cancel with only 3 days notice. They allowed me to move the date within the year, which was anything but a given. An indicator of seriousness and sensitivity, this means that my stay will certainly be pleasant, with people like that. I'll do another review later.

Excellent location for those who love the sea, just cross the road. Clean and well furnished rooms. Convenient parking space. Friendly and helpful staff. Waking up with a sea view………is priceless!! TOP reception!!!!! Recommended 👍👍👍
