We booked a room for 3 people (2 adults & 1 Kid - 5 Years) and this was clearly mentioned at the time of booking, however hotel didn't receive this information but only confirmed booking for 2 adults. When asked to provide the extra bedding for kid, hotel simply refused because they received booking request for 2 adults only.
The staff was busy and short of people on new year eve.

Siamo stati a Maggio all'hotel nel periodo di Maggio.Sinceramente mi aspettavo di più.Il cibo faceva pena ed era surgelato e crudo e alcuni miei amici si sono sentiti male.I camerieri sono molto irascibili.Le camere nn si potevano guardare...cumuli di polvere sotto il letto e solo poggiandosi sul letto si sfascia in mille pezzi scoprendo poi che i piedi erano attaccati con lo scotch.Sulla struttura c'erano ancora luci di natale.😐. I bagni erano CARINI.

La struttura tutto sommato non era male ma la mia camera era molto sporca. Appena sono arrivato nella camera l asciugamano delle mani aveva un capello lungo all’interno.La colazione era abbondante e buona mentre la cena era ripetitiva e in alcuni casi risultava pessima.

Bellissimo Albergo, tutto lo staff sono stati molto cordiali, hanno la cura verso i clienti, massima pulizia e comfort. La stanza molto accogliente, il letto molto comodo e massima pulizia. Ci tornerò molto ma molto volentieri.

Hotel molto confortevole e pulito, personale pulizie molto brave, anche nella sala ristorante gli addetti erano cordiali e professionali, avevo la stanza fronte mare e il panorama era bellissimo, ottimo hotel per chi ha animali, e il bagno 81 proprio di fronte all’hotel è attrezzatissimo per i nostri amici a 4 zampe, se riusciremmo avremmo deciso di tornare per il week end del 25 aprile 2024. Siamo stati in questo albergo per 15 giorni. Ci siamo subito trovati bene. La conduzione familiare, ti fa sentire a tuo agio. Albergo completamente PET FRIENDLY. Se vuoi il tuo cane sempre con te, sei nel posto giusto. Camera vista mare meravigliosa, letto comodissimo (che non si trova in tutti gli hotel), personale delle pulizie super gentili e disponibili. Per quanto riguarda la cucina, colazione più che sufficiente, chi si lamenta, vorrei capire cosa si aspetta. Pranzo e cena, ottimi fino a quando lo chef non si è assentato per qualche giorno. Purtroppo si è sentita la differenza ma, prima della nostra partenza è ritornato per poter chiudere in bellezza. Il posto strategico, di fronte alla spiaggia per cani!!! Esperienza da ripetere!
