Residence Del Sole

The hotel has a good position, near the beach and restaurants, but it needs a lot of maintenance and repair work. We had the 2 beedroom ground floor apartment (with terrace). Some things were fairly clean (sheets, blankets, towels) but it needs a lot of mantenance. The furniture is old and cheap, the shower stall has all kinds of horrible dirty corners, the bathroom the same (like old plumbing in the wall), the shower stall glass is put in place with glue and you cannot open a side of the door, the walls have blood stains from killing mosquitoes. The terrace was dirty, those cheap 2€ chairs should be replaced, they’re old and gross. Also, there were a looot of mosquitoes, even if at restaurants or in any other outside place in Rimini there were none. Probably it’s because of the unclean shrubs and plants on the terrace. Also, no insect screens on the windows… It has a small kitchen, but nothing was provided, not a microwave, not a toaster, not even salt… the frying pan was horribly scratched, it should be checked and replaced regularly. For 110€ per night you should get much more and the owners should take care of their hotel. Probably you can find a better one for the same money.
