questo residence si trova in viale Cirene all'interno rispetto viale Vespucci, quindi distante dai rumori del traffico cittadino ne beneficia la qualità del riposo. la struttura presenta un mobilio un po' datato e leggermente usurato, abbiamo soggiornato all'ultimo piano raggiungibile con ascensore ed una ripida e scomoda scala che porta all'attico, sicuramente non adatto se avete difficoltà a fare le scale, chiedete un alloggio dove arrivi l'ascensore. il locale dotato di angolo cottura con stoviglie e pentolame, frigo e zona giorno, bagno con doccia e zona notte raggiungibile facendo altri 2 scalini ripidi. ampio terrazzo su cui si affaccia con ottima vista panoramica, con tavolino e sedie per mangiare all'esterno. presente parcheggio privato in piccola zona adiacente il residence, con pochi posti auto. prezzo medio, personale di reception presente in una struttura vicina e non in loco. consigliato.

Not recommended ... The ladies at the reception are very kind, for the rest, I don't know where to start: dirty rooms, yellow sheets, old and with holes in them, bedspread not washed perhaps since the beginning of the season. Old rooms, almost non-existent and malfunctioning kitchen. Housekeeping staff rude, grumpy and with no desire to work ... If you can get them a good morning, it will be your best day. Never again.

The residence is in an excellent position, quite new structure, sea service in agreement, generally positive experience. Nice apartment, well cared for in detail, they also made us find a disposable tablecloth, matches and a mini size of dish soap, air-conditioned with a small coat, bright, shame about the fridge that made a hellish noise, we bought ourselves the plugs in the pharmacy otherwise impossible to sleep, the bathroom large, too bad the shower head was not on due to the damaged support, very clean and soft linen, the room was very dusty, as soon as we arrived I had to clean, cleaning tools supplied . A small annoyance is the reception located in the nearby residence, as well as the bins for recycling, fortunately a few meters away. Summing up a positive experience.

It does not comply with covid rules. Dirty environment with broken furniture. Staff not available. The photos only testify to part of the discomfort experienced. Good only the location, but otherwise leaves a lot to be desired especially for the price.

Located in Marina Centro but in a quiet and fairly silent position. All in all decent, spartan decor and clean enough but with non-existent service. You have to know how to be satisfied and find the positive side of the experience in this residence. I find it hard to justify the position of the TV placed practically next to the headboard of the bed and the fridge right behind the entrance door which prevented it from opening properly.

Not recommended I stayed 5 days in a two-room apartment with mine, antique furniture, sheets with holes in it, very small bathroom, very small shower cubicle, near the kitchen pillar there was a lot of mold and dust fell in the sink, not recommended
