Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel con un pacchetto di Capodanno che prevedeva pensione completa, cenone e animazione per la notte di Capodanno, e siamo rimasti assolutamente soddisfatti. L' hotel in sé è abbastanza datato e necessita di qualche piccolo restyling, soprattutto nell' arredamento delle camere, ma il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo, la cucina abbondante e genuina, le camere pulite e il personale accogliente e disponibile, pronto ad accogliere ogni esigenza del cliente.

+ Staff was ok,yet unfriendly. They helped me with a lot of things (brought me a cord for drying clothes, repaired the safe in my room, cleaning lady brought me extra towels for the beach).
There is a safe in the room, you can leave your valuables there

- My room (228) had no proper balcony, just a stone slab terrace which was not cleaned throughout the stay, even tough I requested this a few times (see picture).I am a pretty easygoing person, but spending my days like a pig in the dirt is not really acceptable.
Bed was very small and unconfortable.
When I checked out, the man at the reception did 't even ask if I enjoyed my stay, he was as cold and unfriendly as always
The hotel accomodates mainly groups and I would say it is a bad choice for single travellers.
Hotel allows dogs,so if you don't like them/are allergic to them this hotel isnot for you.
Usually I do not wrote bad reviews, but the rudeness at checkout was just too much for me.

Credo di aver vissuto, anche se solo per un giorno, una delle esperienze più brutte di tutta la mia vita, per quanto riguarda le "vacanze"!!! Hotel obsoleto, arredamento orribile, modello anni.....30! Camere brutte con un copriletto anni.....20 e il bagno senza "doccia chiusa": allagamento ogni volta che ti lavi!!! Signori, un consiglio: per lavorare, bisogna avere voglia di lavorare!!! Per il Vostro hotel (che, secondo me, è messo così dagli anni 50) servono lavori radicali!!! Il bello è che, incredibilmente, tanta gente viene da voi!

Claudia e Matteo gentilissimi, ci tengono che i clienti siano super soddisfatti.consiglio Hotel Airone anche x chi vuole trascorrere la vacanza con i propri Bau, noi siamo stati con i nostri 2 labrador e sono stati benissimo, con molte coccole e la spiaggia x loro vicinissima.sicuramente ritorneremo.

Il personale veramente gentile e disponibile, la possibilità di noleggiare bici e la vicinanza dell'hotel alla spiaggia sono un punto a favore ma all'arrivo la nostra camera era polverosa, non c'era il frigo e nemmeno un poggia sapone in bagno, e il Wi-Fi si connetteva solo in certi punti della camera. La mattina, a colazione, alcuni tavoli "pronti" per essere usati avevano le tovaglie sporche, l'acqua per preparare il tè era tiepida, e alcune posate erano un po' sporche. Ad essere sincera non ci ritornerei.

Ho soggiornato dal giorno 8 al 22 di luglio 2023 in questo Hotel, consigliato da amici che da vari anni anche loro hanno soggiornato, come pure quest'anno, ma un disastro cosi'non se lo ricordavano. La cucina di pessima qualità neanche alla mensa dei poveri si mangia cosi. Il responsabile di sala Ivan, è stato meraviglioso, ciò nonostante dovesse affrontare il malumore di tutti i presenti in sala, tutto ciò per tutti i 15 giorni che ho soggiornato. Sarebbe troppo lungo raccontare tutto, per ora basta così. LO SCONSIGLIO FERMAMENTE.

Il soggiorno in questo albergo è stato a dir poco deludente. Piatti disgustosi, con materie prime di pessima qualità. Servizio in sala maleducato, abbiamo assistito persino a liti tra camerieri. Non lo consiglio.

Ho soggiornato dal 1 al 15 luglio '23 problemi enormi di gestione della cucina (pessima e scadente, salvo la colazione), abbiamo mandato indietro più volte pesce con odori sgradevoli e pasta regolarmente cruda. Il buffet di "antipasti" per una settimana era a base di zucchine e melanzane lesse. La sala si reggeva sulla bravura del capo sala e di due giovani poveri camerieri che, il 13 se ne sono andati esausti. La "pulizia" delle camere sulle spalle della povera Ada che ha fatto i miracoli per rendere minimamente decenti, ma piene di polvere, le camere. La struttura non è malvagia anche se privx di frigo in camera, il personale gentile e disponibile. La cucina lascia a desiderare, il mangiare di pessima qualità, ti presentano ravioli alla crema di pesce quando in realtà è ricotta e mi sono sentita male. Sono stata giorni a chiedere pasto in bianco e patate lesse, una vergogna non avevano patate per tre giorni, carne puzzolente. Sarebbe il caso di fare una ispezione in cucina. Non lo consiglio assolutamente, per il prezzo pagato si doveva mangiare da Dio.
