The hotel is so close, opposite to Rimini Train Station. I was able to find it without using Google Map. The bus stop for boarding the bus to San Marino is just outside the hotel. Fortunately the hotel serves breakfast from 7.30am. I was able to catch the 8.10am bus after having a quick breakfast. It took me 15-20 mins to walk to the beach. On the way after a subway, there's a Carrefour Express 5 mins away from the hotel.
I chose the room with a shower instead of a bath. I was surprised to find a fridge in the room. The curtains were a bit thin (see through) though.

Stanza n°216 di fronte alla stazione, impossibile dormire per via del rumore costante TUTTA LA NOTTE. BIDET non funzionante. DOCCIA e bagno sullo stesso livello.. SI ALLAGA TUTTO. LETTO MATRIMONIALE fatto con due singoli accoppiati, SI FINISCE PER TERRA. E tutto per la "modica" cifra di €72,00! Date ascolto a me, meglio altrove.

posizione ottima, vicina sia al centro storico che al mare. i principali mezzi di trasporto sono praticamente sotto l'albergo. questo però è anche un punto a sfavore, essendo una struttura un pò vecchiotta risulta alquanto rumorosa la camera. (soggiornato su lato strada)
gentile il personale e pulita la struttura, peccato per gli infissi. :)

Staff friendly, place Nice and clean a bit Old but for the stat everything was fine. Trains station not far from there, practical, but Them also drive in the middel of the night..

Ci vado spesso per lavoro. Struttura un pò vintage, vicino alla stazione e ai mezzi che fanno un pò di rumore ma molto comodo per chi viaggia in treno e vuolu stare a pochi passi dal centro storico. Personale eccellente che ti fa sentire un po a casa
