Cortesia, disponibilità e empatia. Ho prenotato un soggiorno per il prossimo 31 maggio e sono stata costretta ad annullarlo per un imprevisto personale. Il Signor Antonio ha compreso perfettamente la situazione e non solo mi ha concesso più giorni per comunicare la decisione in merito alla cancellazione, ma mi ha permesso di recuperare l'intera caparra. Se dovessi soggiornare a Rimini in futuro, sceglierò Hotel Prestige. Grazie! Michela

Hotel pulito e profumato Perfetto per andare in fiera. Molto silenzioso.Ho dormito benissimo. La stanza era calda. Colazione con torte molto buone e caffè e cappuccino davvero eccezionali. IL titolare é davvero un ragazzo unico.Ci ha fatto trascorrere un bel soggiorno con la sua cordialità e professionalità. Complimenti. Ci ritornerò sicuramente.

clean small hotel close to the beach and to the train station around 15 minutes walk rooms are small , staff is frendly breakfast is good but starts too late they start breakfast at 7 30 Am which is very very late

Abbiamo trascorso due giorni, camere comode e pulitissime, colazione di livello eccezionale.Tantissime torte.Caffè di una qualita 'Prestige'. Accoglienza calorosa, personale attento e premuroso.Il titolare è davvero molto professionale. Splendida piscina e idromassaggio. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel con mio figlio e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Ottima accoglienza, titolari e staff molto gentili e attenti a soddisfare ogni esigenza del cliente.Tutto molto pulito. Colazione a buffet con torte fatte in casa.Caffé davvero superlativo. La piscina è molto bella e pulitissima. Iacuzzi davvero un'idea interessanteCi ritorneremo sicuramente.

Ho trascorso un week end in questo hotel. Direi che il nome che più lo contraddistingue non è Prestige ma ANTONIO. Sicuramente ce ne saranno di più belli, ristrutturati o con camere più grandi, ma altrettanto sicuramente in nessun altro hotel della Romagna troverete la cortesia l'educazione e la disponibilità di Antonio! E' riuscito a darci una mano su tutto!La nostra vacanza è stata meravigliosa grazie a lui.Consiglio a tutti di soggiornare all'hotel prestige. Non ve ne pentirete!.

Hotel a due passi dalla spiaggia. Zona tranquilla (possibilità di parcheggio auto). Le camere sono piccole, ma pulite. I nostri complimenti alla qualità della colazione (dolci, torte e crostate tutte fatte in casa) e soprattutto ai proprietari e gestori. Il titolare Antonio è un ragazzo super disponibile e gentilissimo. Tutto il personale è simpatico ed efficiente. Atmosfera accogliente. Ci tornerò sicuramente. Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per 3 notti a Gennaio in occasione della fiera del sigep.L’hotel è da consigliare camere molto pulite e confortevoli colazione super abbondante e soprattutto il personale al ricevimento molto professionali a fare il proprio lavoro.Un plauso ad Antonio,il titolare, un ragazzo davvero molto speciale iper disponibile e super paziente.L’anno prossimo ci ritornerò sicuramente.
