Consiglio la colazione, è a buffet con sia la parte salata sia la parte dolce, torte veramente buonissime, consiglio a tutti di provare almeno una volta, molto comodo anche l’orario perché è fino le 11:00 del mattino. Molto bravo e gentile il personale.

Very sad experience, we arrived on a cold day and the facility having just opened didn't even have a heater to be able to take a warm shower and even though we had booked for several days we had to leave the facility the next day. Staff with no availability and customer care, for the first time a terrible experience

I stayed at this hotel for a few days with my son and I had a good time. Comfortable and clean room, very kind and welcoming reception staff. The location is also very good, easily reachable from Miramare station and the metromare stop. A stone's throw from the beach. Wide choice of sweet and savory also for breakfast. I thank Stefania for her welcome and her smile.

+ very good breakfast, clean - practically no wi-fi (unavailable, overloaded, bad weather, etc.), the air conditioner rumbles like a tractor, the audibility of the neighboring rooms is such that I was aware of all the neighbors’ problems.

My husband, my son and I spent two nights at the Bianca Vela hotel and we had a great time! Clean rooms and toilets, there was also a small terrace. Mixed breakfast, sweet and savory and also a basket with mixed packaged products for me and my son since we are celiac. But in addition without risk of contamination there was fruit, gluten-free plain and fruit yoghurt, jams and honey. The automatic machine for independently preparing cappuccino, latte macchiato and hot tea was without risk of contamination as it dispensed freshly ground coffee beans and the milk was fresh inside a large tank filled daily and not powdered milk which would have been at risk for us celiacs. The barley is made with another machine. The lady at the reception and the boy in the lounge and the cleaning ladies are always available, kind and smiling! Affiliated beach 200 meters away or a large free beach 500 meters away. About 1.5 km away there is a beautiful Beach Village water park with very reasonable prices! We had a really good time! Too bad there were no other nights available otherwise we would have been more than happy to stay.

Rooms similar to the others in the structure with French windows that struggle to close (if they close at all) and bathroom windows that close partially or not completely. Damaged/unsafe glass bathroom shelf with unsafe glass shower screen. Regular maintenance is missing (better to pay a little more and get a better service).

Super kind and helpful, however the room was not very clean, there was dust and dirty pillowcases, no bidet, old and broken air conditioner, empty mini bar. On the other hand, the breakfast was very varied and delicious. Very good location, close to the beach. If it were cleaner and more modern it would be top.
