Very disappointed with our stay. New parking charge £7 is a joke (not refunded). Hotel is out of town, so why do patrons have to pay? Bathroom dirty and toilet seat TOO SMALL for the toilet pan. Come on Premier Inn, you can do a lot better! We will never stay there again!!

Been coming regularly now for 3 days every other week, I have. We stop in Ringwood Premier Inn because it’s close to where I have to go, it’s also very clean, all the staff are extremely friendly, helpful and polite. I highly recommend a stay in this lovely hotel

The staff were lovely and the location was great for me. However, the most important thing for me is cleanliness and the hotel wasn't clean. A colleague usually stays in one of the premiere rooms but was unable to get one this time; she commented that they obviously focus on the 'better' rooms as her room really wasn't clean either. My room had a long hair on the toilet, a ball of hair on the bathroom floor, dried shampoo on the bath panel, and a wide crust of limescale around the toilet. The corridors needed a good hoover and didn't look as though they'd been touched for some time as there was a 'border' of thick dust throughout and flakes of paint, chips of wood (from door frames?) and fluff everywhere. The breakfast was good, and much better than at previous visits. However, the evening meal (pasta) was completely tasteless and the sauce on the sticky toffee pudding was watery and sugary - very obviously cheap chain food. I'd previously stayed at the hotel before the pandemic when it was truly terrible, but I thought I'd give it another chance. It has improved, and the staff were lovely, but there's a long way to go with the cleanliness.

An excellent stay and a great rest after our flight back to UK. We had a premier plus room with meal deal. Excellent value! Clean and comfortable, quiet and well equipped room. Bathroom lovely! The food was excellent. The staff were all friendly and efficient. Thanks to Tobey and team.

Staying overnight in Premier Inn Ringwood with attached Thyme restaurant. 1 staff member on duty so meals sitting ready for delivery while staff member dealt with new arrivals. Parking is not free. Said £7 a night but only charged me £3. Confusing!!! Room looks fine as you'd expect. Back to dinner. Forgot to give me the meal-deal menu so more confusion. Didn't have either of the meal deal beers so got a better one for meal deal price. Arrived poured, no head. Uninspiring... Nachos. Barely any melted cheese, slightly soggy chips. Glad I'm not paying... Burger. Slimy and bland. Chips fine. Coleslaw had definitely been left in the fridge uncovered. Left that. I guess they have a captive audience so don't have to try to hard. Ps. Big up the staff member who did very well considering he was on his own. If you're reading this, there are better jobs out there!

Rude manager. Not willing to help with issues, like dirty furniture, no pillows. It all just felt unwelcoming. Other staff were very nice. PARKING: It is a real joke that you have to pay for parking. This is an out of town location, on an industrial estate. It used to be free then they thought of another way to rip of Customers. I totally understand where they may not own the land or in a city, but not sleepy Ringwood. We will not be returning. We'd rather pay a bit more with another hotel brandand a better customer experience!

We booked a one night stay as we were travelling to Ringwood to see relatives following a sudden bereavement. I had booked a twin room which was basically a standard double room with the small bed made up. The small bed was very uncomfortable and did not match normal Premier Inn comfort. There was no under sheet or topper under the main sheet and I could feel every spring in the bed. We had seen there was a restaurant and bar attached to the hotel which was one of the reasons we had booked it however we were turned away as we had not booked and did not want the meal deal. They would not even allow us to get a drink from the bar even through there were many empty tables. When we left in the morning not one of the staff in reception made eye contact or greeted us in any way. I had booked for 30th September to stay over after the funeral however I have now cancelled that booking and found another hotel nearby in the same price bracket which includes breakfast. This is the second disappointing Premier Inn stay we have had around the Bournemouth area in the past two months so perhaps management need to be looking at why their standards have dropped considerably in the past six months as we have always been really pleased with everything previously.

The room was good as usual. Tried to call the hotel to enquire about something and was on the line for ages with no response so I hung up. Not funny when the call is around 13p a minute. Not sure why there are charging seven pounds a night to park. It used tk be free. You could park on the road for nothing. Most disappointing was the lack of all the breakfast items to choose from with an hour of service still to go. Who runs out of eggs especially when there is a store 100 metres away where you could buy some more quite easily. There seemed to be very few staff with boots on the ground, almost skeletal cover for a weekend. Shame

Room was not set up with cot and child’s bed as pre requested. Room way too hot and the windows don’t open. Asked for fan at reception and staff said they don’t supply them and commented on my weight being the reason I am hot which I found extremely rude. Room was dusty and dirty
