Checking in in the evening, we had two reservations for 1 night + 3 nights. We asked the front desk to merge the orders to avoid the trouble of having to check out and apply again the next day. The front desk handled the merged orders, which is more rigid than some places in Chile. Much better. However, the suite we were given was too old and empty with almost no furniture! It's still along the road, and the windows are old aluminum alloy single-layer glass, which is not soundproof at all. Moreover, the split air conditioner in our room is very old and noisy. We didn't sleep well all night! The next day, we reported the noise situation to the front desk. The manager was on duty and moved us to a suite not along the road. It had a lot more furniture and furnishings and the air conditioner was relatively new. It felt much better than the rooms along the road. Some rooms in the hotel are being partially renovated~ Overall, the decoration of this hotel is too old, and the breakfast is average (for us Chinese), with not many varieties and no vegetables at all~ The staff's service is quite good. They took the initiative to help us pick up our suitcases and bring them to the room, and introduced the room facilities. When we left, the lobby attendant took the initiative to help us carry our suitcases and hail a taxi suitable for us at the door to take us to the airport. It is relatively close to the beach, there are many restaurants nearby, and there are also large supermarkets nearby.

Regarding the service, I found it to be regular; Regarding cleanliness, it was lacking, as there were moths in the room and in the bathroom the vases were not very clean; Regarding the facilities, I thought it met the need as it had a large bedroom and bathroom, but the crockery, which even has a bidet, was very old and the air conditioning was very noisy; Regarding the food served for breakfast, it is good and meets the needs; Overall, from 0 to 10, I give it a 6.5 because it met our basic needs to sleep and shower.
