Good for one night only. Breakfast is a bit chaotic and not many food options. Sometimes you have to queue and wait for the elevators. The rooms are pretty good but the air conditioning needs updating. The view from the top is good! I wouldn't stay again, unless desperate for a place to stay.

One of my worst experiences with hotels. Stayed with a family and booked 2 rooms. We had to ask for new towels and bedsheets because they were dirty and stinky. Very old rooms and the general condition really disappointing. I would never stay there again and doesn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. There are better options nearby at the same price range.

No amenities, moldy and not properly clean. Mattresses and blankets are old and not clean. They couldn’t even provide an iron, can’t be true that it’s called a Business Hotel.

There were cockroaches in the room. The three times I've stayed there were cockroaches.

Generally speaking it's good. Fair prices but it's common to see a few problems related to cleaning.

Good hotel for the price

PLEASE READ! There are many negative points: 1. Right at the entrance, there was discrimination at check-in time. Many foreigners stay there, so the receptionist didn't ask, "How can I help?" She just said, "Do you have any questions?" as if I was there to ask for information. I'm not one to see prejudice or anything, I'm easygoing, but this one was really clear. 2. All the rooms looked like they had been closed for a long time, which is why there was a build-up of dust and a smell of storage. Room 503 gave me an allergy just by walking in. 3. Everything looked used, the pillowcases, bed linen, and towels were dirty and damp. Nothing smelled clean. The hallway was dirty from the moment I arrived until the day I left. The dirt of someone who hasn't swept the house in days. And the last thing I needed to do was change rooms for the first time was the blood-stained bedspread. A blood stain that wouldn't come out. When my mother asked to change the towels, the girl simply shoved the damp towel almost in my mother's face without saying good night. 3° We changed rooms twice, we visited 1105, we only saw 503, 1602, which was the day the power went out only in our apartment and the sink was clogged, and lastly 1615. Honestly, it was more of a hassle to stay at the hotel than to go out to travel around Rio by bus, train and light rail, which I thought would be difficult. When we reported the power outage, the receptionist laughed as if it were something trivial, and the electrician was a different person, asking if we had turned on a coffee maker. Only blessings, as I said, it made it easier to walk around Rio. Otherwise, the only good thing about the hotel was the breakfast. Well located, satisfactory service, fair price, good value for money

The hotel overall offers good value for money and is in a good location. The negative point is the bad mood of some of the staff, both at reception and in the restaurant.
