Great location, the staff are friendly and kimd. Good breakfast too!

Unresponsive service at times.

I loved everything, from the service at the reception, to the service at the café, on the phone... everything was very clean and beautiful. It was incredible.

The hotel is consistent with its rating, everything is very clean and organized. The service at the reception is extremely polite. The breakfast is good, but some aspects of food preparation could be improved, but that is a matter of personal taste. The only drawback is the gym, which is tiny, small and has little variety. The sea view from the balcony is 10/10.

A very good hotel, but very expensive, breakfast very expensive. Since I was staying at the hotel, it should have been more affordable. But overall a good stay. High value for money.

Perfect service, top service... breakfast is not even worth mentioning

The breakfast is excellent, just as it says on the website, everything works perfectly in that hotel. I don't give the facilities an excellent rating just because the gym doesn't have weight training machines, but it does have ones for aerobic exercises and lots of dumbbells. From the side rooms you can see the sea perfectly. I think that for those of us who like to walk around it is a bit far from shopping and gastronomic districts. But being there was a beautiful experience.

Wonderful breakfast! All rooms have a balcony and sea view and are comfortable, just the right size (not too big and not too small).

Trip did not honor the commitment, sold me a 70-meter room and gave me a 28-meter room. I've been in contact with you by email since 7/22 and you haven't changed my room. Summary: I'm going to complain here and on TripAdvisor reporting the incidents and the lack of sensitivity of the trip. How to solve the problem. Embarrassment that's the word that sums up my purchase via trip.com

Simply perfect! Sensational breakfast, all facilities with everything as shown in the photos. Great location, it has a market just 1 block away, pharmacy and gas station 2 blocks away... the kiosks in front of the hotel are also very good. No complaints, we recommend and we intend to return soon!!

Horrible room next door listening to music at the highest pitch not letting us sleep room across from mine the staff went to the bathroom we listened to everything in our room the walls seem to be made of cardboard i have stayed in this hotel several times only in the front rooms, the sides seems to be in a community, I took my luggage and left on the same day, absurd.

O hotel tem uma ótima localização, perto da praia e vários restaurantes perto. Os funcionários super educados e prestativos. Café da manhã com bastante variedade. A limpeza de quarto deixa a desejar, tivemos que ligar na recepção para a troca de toalhas todos os dias que ficamos e arrumação de quarto. O frigobar não é reabastecido.

Por ser um hotel 4 estrelas deixou muito a desejar na limpeza. Quando entramos no quarto estava sujo. Como se não fosse limpo a muito tempo, empoeirado e piso sujo.

Excelente atendimiento, personal muy cordial, buena limpieza, desayuno con bastante variedad y el restaurante es muy rico. Utilice la piscina, las toallas de playa, la reposera, las bicicletas. Excelente todo.
