Er zat schimmel aan de badkamer en aan de airco. De airco lekt ook. Hij maakt vrij veel herrie. Er staat geen zwembad l, dit stond welkom de site. Foto's zijn nu wel verwijderd. Service is matig. Bij binnenkomst is jet inchecken een chaos. Dat tijdens carnaval. Er was maar 1 receptionist. Wij vroegen om nieuwe hadlnddoeken. Deze niet gekregen. Dus eigenlijk was dit een hele slechte ervaring

Excellent value for money. I saw a lot of negative reviews and was shocked because my experience couldn't have been better. Overall, the service was good and the staff was very helpful.
Breakfast was 6/10, but at least the menu was changed every day - the juice could be better.
The room was small but cozy. It had an incredible view of Christ the Redeemer that we fell in love with. Hot and cold water, intense and soft for all tastes. However, the blanket/duvet needs improvement, it's not enough for a couple and the material is not comfortable, and the TV didn't work properly (although we didn't even use it). 8/10.
The cleaning didn't leave anything to be desired, the hallways always smelled nice, although the hallway on my floor was very hot. The service at the reception was quick and straightforward. Everyone was very polite. 9/10.
