The staff were very nice and welcoming. Wished the rooms were a little bit cleaner in the sense of the bathroom because there were lots of flies coming out of a hole under the faucet. But overall great food and view

Desde el inicio todo mal, nos asignaron las habitaciones de abajo y no nos ayudaron a llevar las maletas habiendo carros disponibles, la comida muy regular poca proteína, los postres los mismos siempre, las habitaciones deterioradas, la ducha tenia moho, filas enormes para los cocteles, lo único que rescato los shows, y los bailarines, nos hemos hospedado en otros Decamerón y la verdad esperábamos mas de este!!

De la llegada nada que decir excelente a la hora de hacer el check in quisimos agregar un día más de estadía y fue una odisea con el procedimiento y la burocracia del hotel es una porquería ciertas unidades de los restaurantes son groseros,demoras en servir bebidas y poner cubiertos en las mesas. Según Ellos es un servicio Plus.

I paid for 2 VIP Plus rooms . But the gave me instead a barely enough renovated updated Old and Musty rooms.According to them we have exclusive use of restaurants and pools . But is all a Big Lie . The food was bad and poor variety. The drinks were not good . The reserve restaurants , not good , not clean at all.

Buen diseño de infraestructuras, cómodos. Ambiente divertido, excelente el show y las muchachas del show muy cariñosas. Assegurarse q la habitación cuente con toalla & jabones. Por lo demás bien. Los restaurantes demasiado controlados y debemos hacer fila larga.

La habitación amplia, excelente vista a la playa sin ningún problema, los restaurantes buffet con muchas opciones de comida, y los restaurantes internacionales excelentes, en especial el Cowboy de carnes y el Mezcal de comida mexicana, gran cantidad de bares y actividades.

Es un resort de baja calidad, en comparación a los que pude visitar, no hay espacio para los restaurant temático, buffet con muy poco variedad, todas las proteínas quemadas, no vale la pena venir para acá, atienden mal. No vale la pena pagar tanto para venir. Las imágenes de las habitaciones, no se parecen, resort antiguo

No me gusto la atención en la recepción del hotel, aún sabiendo que los visitavamos de otro país nunca nos contactaron para ofrecernos el servicio de bus para llegar al hotel, la reservación en los restaurantes un desastre se realizaba la reserva y cuando llegabamos a cenar no estábamos en la lista. La verdad en tema de servicio creo que tienen mucho por mejorar.

Service at the buffets was terrible taking up to 30 minutes to get water which you could only get from the servers.
We had food poisoning at one of the specialty restaurants.
We were in a room across from the “movies on the beach” and the speakers blared until 12-1am every night.
