Very comfortable, organized, clean and quiet hotel, close to the beach, very friendly and attentive staff.
They did not provide the transfer service from the airport to the hotel as indicated on the page and the room did not have a supply of toilet paper

We had a room with a large window facing the sea. Convenient parking. The towels were 5-star hotel quality.
The restaurant is not really recommended and the people at reception were rather... reserved.
Overall, recommended, we would stay there again anytime.

They collaborated very well with the people for the different tours and they even gave us cold cuts to take to the tour at the end of the sail. The employees are friendly. The location of the hotel is very good, close to everything and most importantly, it has a private beach and is very quiet and safe.

Hotel in Remodeling. Dirty common areas. Terrible room cleaning. Dirty pool. Bad customer service. We asked for rooms with a view of the beach and it had a view of a garbage dump. Having 3 rooms for checkout, there was a sick person, we requested a 2-hour deadline to deliver that room and they said we had to pay for an additional night. I do not recommend it
