"Not remotely close to a hotel, something more like a dumpy hostel that pretends to be a hotel. I could just point out the fact that the shampoo and soap come in baggies, the towels (floor mats included) are cut in half, no hair dryer, hot water, it’s lit by clinical halogen lights, the room feels like a dungeon, and lastly the breakfast and breakfast room look and feel like a down and out prison cafeteria. The breakfast staff needs customer service training as they are completely and appallingly rude, but I think I may be asking for too much by that."

"Although the hotel's location is very good, I don't recommend it. It doesn't have a restaurant, so you'll have to look for food in the surrounding area, where there aren't many options. The customer service leaves much to be desired; they're unfriendly and irritated by everything. If they book events, they charge for everything separately, even if you reserve the rooms. If they book with food, they bring it from somewhere else very regularly. The air conditioners don't work or they don't even turn on the cooling function."
