Very central. Two blocks walk from city centre. Well known hotel, easy to get a taxi there, also easy to get to airport.

El servicio en general es deficiente se nota la falta de entrenamiento a los empleados, mucho descuido en la fachada, aunque pongan la mejor voluntad por agradar al huésped un hotel debe poner en funcionamiento para sus huéspedes servicios que satisfagan la visita al hotel, en algunas ocasiones la recepcionista toma las labores para prestar el servicio a la mesa.

The staff were welcoming and very accommodating. My room was cleaned daily. The breakfast was good but with
little variety. Located near Catedral San Nicolás and the main plaza. Many stores conveniently located right outside the lobby. Taxis easily available. Remember, Río***** is about 50 min from Medellín! I would stay in that hotel again, definitely.
