"**Important Warning** It was a very bad experience. The place is neither peaceful nor rural, the customer service was completely unsympathetic, and the supposedly reliable transportation turned out to be a rip-off, as they charged the full fare and picked up strangers on the way to the airport. In addition, they refused to serve me breakfast because, according to them, someone else had already eaten it. There was no cell phone signal or Wi-Fi, the television didn't work, and the cherry dessert was a disaster. The hotel staff made comments like, "Are you staying or not?" and "If you want, I'll give you your money back and you can find another hotel," which were extremely unfriendly after a long international trip. From my point of view, it was a terrible experience where the renowned friendliness of the people of Antioquia was nowhere to be found. Unfortunately, the hotel is not staffed by locals."
