Nice hotel, fairly priced and very secure. Nice pool with enough reclining chairs. The gym was the right size for the hotel and had a fair amount of equipment. The restaurant was higher end than expected with great food and service. Overall, the employees were very eager to please and help us with anything that we needed. The hotel is about 1 kilometer from a new shopping mall (El Jardin). Overall, I was highly satisfied and would return here.

None of the services are available after 9 pm. No pool no hot tub. No restaurant. Nothing. It is far from everything. Very friendly staff. Electric power for the entire building went out for at least an hour. Very difficult situation to be in the dark so long…

Hotel con buenas instalaciones, modernas. Bien ubicado, excelente servicio. Solo encontramos el baño un poco sucio y un problema con la TV que fue solucionado rápidamente.

The last time I stay here. A very loud party at the first floor. No chance to change the room. The front desk very impolite. Did not care and did not give us another room. An expensive hotel imposible to sleep with very rude personnel. A total scam!!!
