pretty far from my office, reception was very friendly and welcoming

The surrounding environment of the hotel is good. I couldn't find anything to eat. The room is relatively clean. The service staff has a good attitude. There is a basement for parking. The room is quiet. It's worth booking this hotel!

Service is non-existent two days in a row no hot water in the shower. It’s warm at best. Called reception several times and they say we reported to maintenance. They have a sticker in the room stating if koi forgot anything we will provide you an alternative, asked for toothpaste nothing came. Food for breakfast stale, old and in edible. Overall a bad experience. Maybe 2 star hotel at best.
