Hotel is quite over priced, too much expensive.  Horrible service. Rural Location.  Most importantly, a guy named Bilal behaved awful and terrible. He is destroying the reputation of the hotel on purpose. Staying at this hotel is equal to receiving bad mood. The last choice of hotel in Riyadh.

I loved the hotel. It’s cozy and quiet. Room is spacious and well equipped. Breakfast is exceptional and tasty. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I loved their Saudi coffee. ❤️ I asked for a late check out and I got it. Only the cabinet was too small but they moved me to another room with a proper one.

Booked for business trip. My company guaranteed booking through AMEX card. When I arrived they asked me physical card. No authorization, no online payment, no solution apart from physical card or bank payment. Had to pay from my own pocket. They charge you before letting you to the room, no matter how much tired you are or that issue is their inability to have online service for payment, they don’t try to find solution! Any hotel has it in places I’ve been. In addition to all hustle they put me in smocking room without asking so I had to wait for change of room. She didn’t ask if I’m smocking; moved to room and there’s a black hair on the pillow. Surprise)) if you expected coffee machine as on the pictures - it’s only in suites. Coffee maker in description means kettle. This is 4*, paid 242$ per night. Rooms are specious, look modern but already abused and not clean. Will try not to open my eyes wide to notice all unacceptable things around. I hope hotel operator will pay attention with such poor payment options and service in general. If they informed in advance they don’t accept virtual AMEX we would change hotel, but they informed on the day of arrival only. Couldn’t be worse. Even GM wasn’t able to do anything - no solutions!. Just tried to justify. How come?Is it 1994 or 2024? PS. After I shown hair they simply removed it; bed cover doesn’t look like it was freshly changed, but I will never know…

I visited Golden Tulip from 15th to 18th may during a business trip. It has a great position, very near to exhibition center. The hotel has all comforts, restaurant, pool, gym and a fantastic rooftop. Rooms are big and very clear. The stuff is gentle and professional. Highly recommended.
