Pros: - Very friendly and helpful hotel staff - Great breakfast with a variety of cuisines - Nice rooftop pool, however was under maintenance during our stay - Easy free parking on street Cons: - Air con in room was noisy making it difficult to sleep. I could also feel the breeze while sleeping due to placement of vents. This may not be applicable to all rooms. - Room not so soundproof, can hear construction work and mosque outside Overall decent value for money but light sleepers may find it challenging

Very nice hotel very close to Airport and shopping malls nearby also in Tala Mall and other nearby malls (Riyadh Park). Rooms are big size, quiet and comfortable bed. very good breakfast and hospitality from the hotel personal. Nice pool at the roof top. Above all they the staff were very friendly to us.

The hotel is nice and clean and the staff at the reception is kind and ready to help. The rooms are pretty nice and you have everything you need inside (fridge, kettle, toiletries). Good value for money. We stayed 4 days in this hotel and the room service never came to clean up the room. After 3 days we had to ask for them to come, which is not normal. Also, it was Ramadan and the breakfast selection they brought to our room was very poor.

Was moved twice due to sewerage issues, staff spoke little English. No breakfast brought up to the room during Ramadan for 4 days in a row which meant I went to work hungry and my wife was starving all day. Room service constantly messed up orders. Huge cock up when extending my stay with the payment. Staff spoke little to no English, rooms were tired, dated and shower head was filthy with mould on ceiling and peeling paint. Rooms were not soundproofed at all. Swimming pool had broken and moldy tiles!

The rooms don’t have soundproof and ther are many Construction around the hotel. Even though the mangment of the hotel are aware of the noises around the won’t let u check out little bit later! I really don’t recommend it, because it’s really effected my trip in a negative way and it’s a waste of money .
