I decided to see the game. The owner of the hotel arranged the pick-up service very well. There is a canteen for three meals a day, so don’t worry about not being used to eating. The location is very close to the venue and drives about 10 minutes. It is about 20 minutes from the airport so it is very convenient. The opposite is the supermarket. You can use the visa card. Several floors of the interior of the homestay are large and the public areas are very comfortable. The staff are Chinese, so there is no problem with the language. Don't hesitate to consider living here! It is suitable for one person or friends to live here ~

Although the room is not big, the landlord is very good and very talkative. The point is that everyone is very happy to eat together. It feels like a distant relative. This meal is also very delicious. I am afraid that I will eat fat for a few more days. The supermarket next to it is also very convenient.
When I went down, I didn't catch up with the watermelon bought by the boss, so I will come back next time.

Room is pretty decent, nice pillows. But worst room service I have ever experienced. Stayed for more than a week and they do not change toiletries. Ran out of tissues on the third day and I had to buy my own box of tissues. Also, their in-room dining menu is always not available. And really bad wifi, had called several times and they couldn’t fix it.
Everything is perfect here, good location,I love the food, the room is very clean and the quilt is new and very dry, sleep very comfortable.I will live here again in the furture.

The rooms are large, basically have private bathrooms, three meals are abundant, airport pick-up is provided, and they will take us to buy specialties and go shopping when we have time. It is a very suitable friend, and the beef chili sauce is quite good. Forgot to take pictures of the rich lunch.
The picture is of a party where we went out to explore stores together. Like it.

As you can probably guess from the reviews, the owner is Chinese. Most of the reviews are in Chinese so I gave some thought to the language aspect, but I chose it because of its location. It is run by a young Chinese couple, and they spoke English well. They were very friendly and warm, and when I returned from going out at dinner time they invited me to eat with them, and we had a great time chatting together with the other guests. If I had to point out one problem, it was a bit difficult to find as the exterior is just an ordinary house in a residential area, as the name ”homestay” suggests, and there is no sign with the hotel name on it. Other than that it was a nice place.

Great price and great location but very shabby and outdated.
There was hardly any food at breakfast, but the staff did try to be helpful, but didn’t know English very well at all.
Would recommend if you’re looking for a decent place to stay and don’t mind tiles in the shower looking like they could do with a good clean!

The room is relatively old, the facilities are also old, and the air conditioner is like a tractor. I fell asleep when I was very sleepy. The window wouldn't open or close, so I called a waiter to fix it. The main thing is that the location is good, facing the tower, and the night view is good at night.

This hotel can be regarded as a hotel. It has good service and good hardware facilities. At least it is safe. There are many Filipino service staff. The food is cheap. The conditions of the room are good in all aspects. There is no comparison and no harm. It is the same as what happened last night. Compared to the Little Black Inn, this place was my savior. The only drawback is that the location is not accurate and it is difficult to find. The check-in gate is on the back of the building facing the road. As a result, after I saw the hotel sign on the road, I looked at the store on the side of the road from beginning to end and couldn't find the hotel entrance.

Outstanding
GGuest UserThe Chinese chef cooks three meals a day, which is delicious and very clean. The nanny cleans it every day. The room is also very big. The most important thing is that I can chat with the proprietress very well. She also recommends many places for me to check in and follow. The B&B group went to the Cliff of the World. Come again next time.
AArturThe hotel is ok to rest. But the service need to be improved. 3 times asked to change the coffee machine because it was broken. But no action was taken. Another time when I stayed in this hotel coffee machine didn’t work either
GGuest UserThe location is at the end of the kingdom
Tower. There is another Novotel nearer to the Kingdom tower if you are looking to be there. The amenities at this hotel is great. No issue getting uber ride. Bed and bathroom is clean. However, there was a few nights i need to ask for towel and bathroom mat as the cleaner forgot to put back but is a small matter. Overall a great stay as bed are firm and nice :)
TTAHNONRadisson Blu Hotel Riyadh Convention and Exhibition Center is one of the best hotel I ever stayed in Riyadh. Its 25 minutes drive from King Khalid airport and one minute walk to the main exhibition entrance which is very convenient specially during the summer with more than 45c ambient temperature . The moment you reached the reception desk, you will be greeted with fresh Arabic Coffee and dates. Check in was surprisingly swift and smooth. I would like to thank Miss Joury for her cooperation and answering all our questions regarding the hotel facilities and the near by points of interest with a BIG smile.
Room was spotless and elegantly decorated. There are plenty of free coffee and tea choices in the minibar. I appreciated the extra large bath towels and nice walk in shower with easy function shower mixer.
The only drawback is the size of the bed is very narrow (twin bed room)
FFahad BasriPositive feedback:
-Clean
-fashion
- quiet
-simple
-everything around the hotel
Negative feedback:
- The Hotel valet is always no one can serve you till you wait for 10-15 min or you contact the receptionist
- The hotel valet closed at 12 AM
- when they take my car they turn on the flasher more than 15 minutes which consume battery
- The housekeeping join the room without my permission even am turning on “don’t disturb” and I’m still in the room
- I booked for the standard room with Terrace but the balcony was not designed like the photos means no garden ( room 33 )
Overall rating: 7 from 10
May I visit again: maybe
GGuest UserThe hotel was located on a quiet street in downtown Riyadh. The area was walkable and there were some restaurants within walking distance. All of the tourist sights were a car drive away. The bed in the room was huge, something like 3 m wide. Also otherwise the room was good and I slept well. It had plenty of power sockets, most of them for the British plug, but also some for the European and US plugs. I stayed for two nights. There was no housekeeping in my room during my stay. I didn't try the hotel restaurants.
GGuest UserThe room is fully equipped with TV, sofa and small refrigerator. The bathroom is a bit compact and the 0.8-meter bed is a bit narrow. Everything else is good and livable.
BBuningThe room is so clean, luxurious and spacious that you can't believe it's only 6,000 yen. There are more than enough amenities. The employees were very friendly and I had a very comfortable stay.
The floor was cleaned so well that it didn't bother me even if I lay down on it. It was a great experience as there were public restaurants nearby.
What was disappointing was the water area, the toilet seat was missing and the bottom of the bath was dirty. However, it wasn't the type of dirt that would rub off, but it was gouged? It seemed clean.
Overall, it's a good hotel that I would recommend to others, but I would like the toilet seat to be fixed as soon as possible.
YYUThere is no parking lot, the hotel is very cost-effective, and the room card is very easy to invalidate. You can’t swipe it when you come back. You need to go to the front desk to recharge the card. The card is not easy to open.
