Close to the airport, clean and convenient. There is a large discount supermarket 2 minutes walk across the street. It is very convenient to buy some commonly used items and drinks.

Stayed an extra couple nights because it was so relaxing the French toast was good but you have to pay for food.

Hotel was very clean and nicely kept. The hot tub's jets weren't working and we had to go ask for pool towels. Otherwise, it was excellent for our one night stay over.

Our room was very comfortable and was convenient for an overnight stay. Everything was clean and the lobby/restaurant was extremely nice. We particularly enjoyed the Starbucks in the bistro.

I had a great time at the Courtyard Marriott. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean. I especially liked the free shuttle service to and from the nearby Roanoke airport which was very helpful. The van they use for shuttle service could use some cleaning as the seats had stains.

Marriott is beautiful. Clean. Pool and hot tub were very nice. It would have been great if the pool was heated but that was okay. Nice towels were provided. Food at the bistro as very good. Lobby was gorgeous and I had a place to work in the morning. I would have liked more room in the room. Overall, great stay.

The service was exceptional. Meg, the concierge, was very friendly, courteous, and helpful. We needed a bathmat for our shower. She immediately brought one up. Our tv controller was not working. She immediately replaced it. All with a smile and exceptional demeanor. It made us feel very welcome. We look forward to our next visit.
